Beautiful home in a gorgeous setting with lots of furry neighbors! We enjoyed the space that included a pool table, hot tub, and arcade with all the classics. The large deck was one of our favorite places to hang out together.

Clean and well supplied with everything we needed to cook and prepare own meals. Very spacious and comfortable rooms. Just need more towels for showers.

We had a great time. Everyone had plenty of space. The location in the forest was beautiful and the visits by the moma bear and her cubs were a highlight!

Family getaway

We enjoyed this home! Beds were super comfy, atmosphere was cozy and clean! Amenities were amazing, location is 10 mins from everything! Road in is a little sketchy but that comes with the location of the cabin!

Great stay!

We couldn’t have found a better place to stay! Convenient to downtown and to Ober Mtn. Well stocked kitchen was perfect for the few meals we cooked. We had 8 adults and a baby in the house and still had plenty of room to spread out.

West Tennessee Family Stay

The property was very clean and nicely decorated. There was plenty of room and we saw bears which really excited the young ones! I would be glad to recommend this property to people looking for a stay in the Great Smoky Mountains!

Very cute place

It was perfect for the 12 of us to stay for my sisters bachelorette. Very cute clean and the host was super easy and quick to respond. We all had so much fun would definitely go back.

Gatlinburg Easter vacation

Love the cabin. The location is good and easy to get to. There are lots of twists and turns but that’s part of the fun. We saw a mama bear and 3 cubs while driving to the cabin. We had room for everyone (6 adults). We would stay again.

Super cozy spot with chance of bears!

Spent the weekend here with a group of friends for a weekend to visit Dollywood. The hot tub was great and we enjoyed using the charcol grill. Beds were super comfy. As an added bonus we got to see a few bears wandering around. Highly recommend!

Family time

Enjoyed the time we were in the home. Plenty of space in the room. However, if you are not use to the narrow roads, I will recommend to look closer to town. Overall it was a GREAT place to stay!!!

Great vacation

This house was very cute. It almost feels like your in a tree house with all of the windows. It was perfect for our family vacation with lots of bedrooms. The windows made it easy to see the bears as they roamed around. We saw multiple bears in the morning and afternoon.

We had 11 adults and a toddler and while the listing advertises large, open spaces, it was a bit tight. The kitchen is a galley kitchen so hard to cook in and lack of storage/pantry space. The coffee pot was only a 4 cup pot so we made many pots each morning. There were not enough seats for all to relax and a couple of chairs were broken. We had to request more towels as only 1 per person was provided for the week. The place was clean and it was nice having the bedrooms and bathroom spaces.

Black Bears daily

If you want to see a black bear up close and daily, this is the place. We had visitors every morning and night. The Bae Chalet is very nice and is exactly as described. For a Midwesterner, the drive to the chalet was a new experience.

Great Experience

Staying here was a great experience. Gatlinburg is BEAUTIFUL and the house was nestled up in the mountain about 8-10 minute drive to the town. All of us enjoyed the stay, the house was comfortable. Loved the visiting bears!!! That was new for all of us.

Property was very clean. Door code for check in worked fine. It looked exactly like the photos. There wasnt a staple of seasonings and the toaster was broken but there were plenty of dishes, silverware, knifes, and pots and pans. Coffee maker was small but there was a Kerig. Overall fantastic place.

Bears!!

Beautiful property. Only 12 minutes from the action. Bears came to visit every day, 2 adults and 3 cubs. The glass windows allowed for safe observation while they were moving around. The kids loved the layout of the house.

This house is just like it was listed except for the bunk beds are not queens. They are both singles/twins. Other than that, we loved the house. The host was super nice and easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacay 2025

Weather wasn’t predictable even with apps. Had a great time exploring different things this area has to offer. Saw bears from our cabin daily which was delightful and uneasy at the same time. Cabin worked well for us and the three16-year olds loved the jacuzzi and game room area. Def learned to keep our car doors locked as the bears loved being curious while we were sleeping.

Great Stay!

This was a clean comfortable stay. The home was clean, very pretty, and enough space to spread out. We saw bears on the property every day! Lock your cars doors and don’t leave anything in your car! The house is pretty far up the mountain and the roads are narrow up top. Take your time. We had a great trip!
