The only reason I gave communication a 4 star is because we had a tiny bit of trouble getting ahold of someone when our code didn’t work to enter their property. Once we got ahold of them, the maintenance man arrived very quickly and got the problem resolved. He even went above and beyond by helping to get the plug in solution resolved so we could watch the UFC fights on our fire stick. We were in town for a soccer tournament that was being held at the Rocky Top Sporting Complex and so this location was a 10/10 for us! We arrived to the house being very clean and fully stocked with everything we needed for the weekend. I will also include that all mattresses were in encasements with is HUGE win for us considering we are always afraid to take home unwanted guests. We also had multiple families stay with us to help split the cost and they also wanted me to include how impressed they were with the rental as well! Wish it would’ve been warmer so we could’ve taken advantage of the beautiful decks swings provided. Would LOVE to rent here again in the future, hopefully in the summer next time! All in all, I give this property a 10/10 and 5 STARS!!
