We had a wonderful weekend stay at Joel’s place. The views were amazing and the cabin was cozy. We used the fire pit for a night of s’more making. We had a weekend with our 2 grown children and their spouses. The place allowed us all to have our own space and bathroom, while spending time together. We would stay at Joel’s place again.

We had a great 5 day stay with this perfect location, close to the national park, downtown gatlinburg, and Pigeon forge. We shopped and made a lot of meals at the rental, we're able to watch our favorite team on Sunday on the TV. We were a group of 6, 2 families of three and for very comfortably with plenty of room for adults. An 8 year old and a24 year old to have fun and relax!

We chose the cabin for our vacation this year. It had everything we needed. My kids, of course are spoiled so they were wanting TVs in every room, but TVs aren’t vacation. There’s a nice hot tub on the deck we didn’t use it, but it was warm and clean. We use the fire pit every night. We were there and made s’mores. If there was anything that we had an issue with a problem we text Joel and he took care of stuff for us immediately. If there was anything that was a challenge it would be the driveway it straight up and then a sharp curve to get to the cabin and at night it’s very scary but other than that, the atmosphere and the cabin and everything is rustic and enjoyable and perfect for family vacation

It was a fun little place parking is horrible, had to back down part of drive way to get turned around.. when it says 3 vehicles that mean to small suv or cars only.. Very active bear area.. Sons truck was damaged.. Didn’t use fireplace due to scared to let little ones by sharp rocks pointing out of ground .. but over all the cabin itself is cute still need a few things updated but over all cute

Very much, you could’ve put some sticky stuff on the bottom of the bathtub so people don’t slip on it. I ended up putting a washcloth down there so I wouldn’t want on my butt. The drain flies are kind of bad and I know there’s a home remedy that you can use to get rhythm with vinegar and something overall we had a great time there

The house was lovely and just as expected. The view was beautiful. The road/driveway area was a little tricky but our guys got it down pretty quickly. We did have two bears that frequented the property on several occasions. They are smart and CAN open car doors, but since we don’t see bears where we live, we LOVED it. The home is stocked with everything you need and was very clean. The pool was clean and just right up the road and there were never many people there which we also liked.

Amazing Weekend!
Perfectly placed cabin just remote enough to "get away" but still be close to everything you may need during a stay. We enjoyed the firepit with surround seating and the view/privacy mix as well. The interior was clean, well furnished and enough to satisfy our needs/wants. We were even visited by a bear one morning. Our whole crew enjoyed their stay!! Thanks again!!!

Memorial Day weekend
We came with our adult children and had a wonderful time. The cabin was just as described. We enjoyed having Breakfast and dinner in so we didn't have to deal with long waits and we could do it on our time. We really enjoyed the front porch and firepit. The beds were more firm than we all like but that is just personal preference.
