Just OK. Driveway really steep. Nice kitchen. Pump alarm kept going off and didn't get fixed, even with much communication with host. Finally unplugged and took out battery.

We had an amazing time. I wanted a cabin feel, and that’s exactly what this was. Cute and cozy with a perfect location. Hot tub and coffee bar for adults, foosball and arcade for kids. Highly recommend. The property manager was amazing and responded within minutes when needed.

Great property great location. Arcade machine wasn’t working for my boys and the front bedroom is not for light sleepers as at 6am it becomes the access road for nonstop worker shuttles to Anakeesta. Very beautiful property. Great trip. A

This cabin was amazing! The Lego table was a hit with our young kids and so were the bunk beds. We encountered bears numerous times (safely) and the location to town was spectacular. We had so many games and books to entertain while we were there relaxing as well as TV and wifi. Would love to see this place in the fall/winter. Highly recommend!

Lovely home, family-friendly!

We had a wonderful stay with our family group of 7. Grandparents stayed on the main level, parents & kids stayed in the 2 bedrooms downstairs. The decks on both the lower and main level offer excellent seating and lovely views. Great place to enjoy sunrise & sunset. Everyone appreciated having en-suite bathroom in each of the 3 bedrooms, as well as a small powder room on the main level.The house is very well-equipped for kids. Ours especially loved the queen-sized bunk bed and the games (foosball, giant Connect 4). One highlight: like many other visitors we saw a BEAR! It was right outside the main-level bedroom window then wandered away. Location is great - easy access to the national park and everything Gatlinburg has to offer. There is a charming little Salt & Pepper Shaker Museum very close to the house which was an unexpected treasure.My only contra-indication for this house is if you're afraid of heights or a very nervous driver. It is built into the side of a very steep hill. To drive up the last steep block to the house, you have to make a very sharp turn with no guardrails which can be a little nerve-wracking especially if the weather is bad. However we managed it fine, just took it slow. Note the road is fully paved.Overall, highly recommend!

Wild Silverbells

This cabin exceeded our expectations! It’s even more spacious than it appears in the photos, with beautiful high ceilings and plenty of room for our family of five. Everything was spotless, tastefully decorated, and felt recently renovated.The air conditioning was excellent—despite outdoor temperatures in the 90s, the cabin stayed comfortably cool throughout. All towels and bedding were provided, and I really appreciated the extra towels specifically for the hot tub, as well as the additional blankets available in each bedroom and in the common areas.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. The two decks were absolutely a highlight! The upper deck features a large flat-top gas grill and dining area, while the lower deck has a hot tub and cozy rocking chairs—perfect for relaxing. We even had daily bear sightings from the decks! Check-in was smooth, and the hosts were very responsive to messages. The location is perfect—an easy drive to the main strip in Gatlinburg. While the road leading up to the cabin includes a sharp turn and incline, it was totally manageable. We had no trouble at all in our minivan; four-wheel drive definitely isn’t necessary.We had an amazing stay and will absolutely book this cabin again the next time we visit Gatlinburg!

Perfect for our family of 5

This property was perfect for our family of 5. Our kids (14, 11, 8) loved the set up, and they even asked to just hang out at the cabin a couple of days instead of going anywhere. The kitchen was well stocked, and all the small touches truly made it a home away from home. As frequent visitors to the area, we loved the location and would stay here again. The bear that visited a few days of our trip was a highlight, and the first thing the kids talk about when asked.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and the location was wonderful! Our children enjoyed the games in the lower level and we enjoyed the back porches and beautiful scenery. We saw bears three days in a row from the cabin. It was our favorite part of our stay. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect Family Getaway

Our family of five had an amazing stay at this beautiful Gatlinburg property. The cabin was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. Perfect location - close to downtown and the national park, but peaceful and private.The kids loved the game room and spotting wildlife from the deck every evening. The hot tub was perfect after long days of running around, and the kitchen had everything we needed for family meals.Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The attention to detail and thoughtful touches made our Smoky Mountain vacation truly memorable.We've stayed in many vacation rentals, and this one stands out as exceptional. Highly recommend to any family visiting the area.

Cute place!

This cabin was so cute and perfect for our family! We traveled with our 3 kids (7,5,3) and the lower level was their hangout area. They loved all the books, games, and other kid friendly items. They had everything we needed and more. We got to see a bear up close and personal on the lower deck which was awesome. Maria was very friendly and attentive to anything we needed. There are a lot of vehicles that go to/from Annekesta so if you are a light sleeper that may be an issue if you sleep in the master bedroom. We would 100% stay there again.

Great location

My family and I had a wonderful stay here. It was very close to downtown which was exactly what we wanted. It was very open with big bedrooms and very clean. The only thing I wish there was a tub in the bathroom connected to the kids room but not a big deal at all!
