This cabin has an open floorplan to accommodate large groups. 1,500 sq. ft cabin will make you feel right at home!!


**2 Vehicle Parking Limit**
Parking is very tight and located on a dead end. It can get very difficult to turn around if more than 2 vehicles are parked.

Located right in the Smoky Mountains spur on a road right off 441 (Parkway) centrally located right between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge next to Westgate Resorts.
Located across the double highway from the Gatlinburg welcoming center where you can park for free and use the trolley for cheap prices to avoid the hassle of traffic and expensive downtown parking.

(Will sleep a total of 8 guests comfortably)
-Bedroom #1 (Bear Room) is located on the first level of the cabin. Queen sized plush mattress. With a smart TV.

-Bedroom #2 (Elk Room) is located up the spiral staircase to the right. It is a queen sized firm mattress. With a smart TV.

-Bedroom #3 (Fishing Room) is located up the spiral staircase to the left. It is a full sized firm mattress. Smart Tv.
There is a queen sized memory foam mattress on the pull out couch in the living room.

-The living room has a pull put couch that will pull out to a queen sized bed.
(All bed linens are provided)

-Bathroom #1 is a full sized bathroom located on the first level of the cabin with a standard shower/tub.

-Bathroom #2 is located up the spiral staircase.
(All Bath, hand and face towels provided.)


All brand new electric appliances in the kitchen. All necessaries for cooking and eating meals is provided.
Charcoal grill outside for grilling at your convenience. (We do not suply charchol or lighter fluid)

* Original Nintendo and Super Nintendo gaming systems for the TV with over 900 retro games installed.
*Kids toys for all ages. Board games for kids and adults! This cabin is stocked with tons of games incase of a rainy day or if you just want to keep the kids busy.

*Absolutely NO smoking allowed inside the cabin. The cabin is set up with smart smoke detectors that will sense any type of smoke even a vape pen. Smoking on the porch is absolutely allowed. Please use the designated ash tray to dispose of any cigarette. Never flick a lit cigarette.

Our house is located in the spur between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Family owned property in which a total of 3 different vacation rental cabins share.

Very easy access. No steep, curvy, or dangerous roads. No 4 wheel drive necessary. Most cabins with those beautiful mountain top views you WILL be driving up tremendous hills and scary narrow roads and it will take you 20 -30 minutes to get to the attractions, this property is very easy to access. Only 10 minutes max to everything in the area!!!!

Very quiet and peaceful, sourrounded by nature gives you the real country living feel all along with the benefits of being 5 minutes away from everything!!


****PET POLICY & PRICES****

**Pet friendly ONLY upon approval.
(Service animal are no charge unless they are a large heavily shedding dog) Guests must provide documentation proving the pet is a certified service animal.

**Please always confirm the size/breed, number of pets you will be bringing and the pet fees costs before booking your reservation.

***You will be held responsible for any damages your pet/pets may cause.
Pets must be up to date on all vaccinations.

****We ask you please keep your pets caged/crated only if they have a tendency to be destructive when unsupervised.
Please always keep your pets leashed when outdoors.

*** Please pick up after your pets. There are outdoor surveillance cameras and you will be charged for additional cleaning if my housekeeper has to clean up any leftover dog bombs.

**Pet fees are an additional charge that ARE NOT included in the booking price. Unless you select the filter that you are traveling with a pet.

**If the pet fee isn't paid upon booking, all pet fee payment requests will be sent to be paid the day before your reservation date via Airbnb to the email that is linked to your Airbnb account. You will have 72 hours to accept and pay the pet fee.

**If the pet fees are not paid within 72 hours Airbnb will automatically become involved and call the host and confirm of no payment. Airbnb will attempt to reach out to the guest there will be an extra $20.00 late fee if this process had to happen. It takes alot of my time to sit on hold and sort pet fee issues out. It's always best to pay the pet fee once sent the day prior to avoid any confusion.

**I require a one time Non refundable $100.00 pet fee. 2 Dogs Maximum. If they are large heavier shedding dogs you may susceptible to pay more in pet fee's.
**The purpose of the additional pet fees is because my housekeepers charge more because it takes longer each cleaning to completely remove all the pet hair.


**Liability Terms****

*The owner cannot be held responsible for any power/cable/Wifi outages due to natural disasters.

**The homeowner does not have any control over nor can access the payment processing or payment information. Websites has full control over all payment information. Websites does not give the homeowner any access to your payment history. If you have any questions regarding your payments please contact costumer service in which company you booked.
Websites collects the taxes and services fees charged to guests. The hosts do not collect or receive any of those additional fees.

*The homeowner has no liability for any injuries, or sickness that may occur before or during your stay. The homeowner has no liability over any damages to vehicles from parking or wildlife.
