This is the second time that we have stayed here. We love the location. It is close to everything yet so peaceful! It is very easy to get to. We love the large yard for our dog. The house is well laid out and so comfortable. We saw deer many times in the morning and at night in the front yard. The house was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a lot of our meals. I made chili one night in the crockpot provided. The only complaint that I have is the low water pressure in the kitchen and bathrooms.

Fantastic location!

My husband and I recently stayed here for our anniversary trip and the location was excellent. Nice and quiet but still close enough where you didn’t feel like you were driving all day. The house itself was very clean and had plenty of room. Our dogs LOVED the yard. They were able to get out and run which they love to do. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location for hiking in the GSMNP

We enjoyed our stay at Shiner’s Hollow, which was conveniently located for access to the national park. A grocery store was also only a short drive away. There were four adults and four kids under 7y in our group, and the house worked well for our needs. The dining table was a little small but fit everyone when we added a bench and a high chair. The kitchen was well stocked.

Cozy and peaceful

We loved our stay at Shiner’s Hollow! It was tucked back in and felt private and peaceful. The house was far enough off the beaten path that we didn’t have to deal with the busyness of downtown Gatlinburg but close enough that it didn’t take long to get there. The house was cozy and clean. It felt spacious inside. The pool table and hot tub were great amenities! We would definitely stay at Shiner’s Hollow again.

Spring Trip In The Smokies

The house is in a great location! It was very peaceful and private. We loved having campfires at night and spending time in the hottub. This was just cutest house but very spacious and cozy...It sits on the side of the mountain and its just adorable..plenty of room for us 3 adults and 2 dogs and there was just enough room for them to have a little yard space ..has all the luxuries of home

Secluded cozy stay!!

This place was the perfect spot for a secluded area with a yard for those traveling with pets! The hosts were very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. The cabin was very well stocked, with plenty of linens, and little things you may forget or need for your stay. No issues with Wi-Fi, cable or cell service. Inside the cottage was very clean inviting and cozy! We only slept in the king size bed, but it was very comfortable and the additional ceiling fans in every room was a plus with the heat!! We will definitely book again when in the area!!

Great Location & Great Hosts

The property is secluded, but close to downtown Gatlinburg and the park. That is a great plus...to be able to get away from the crowds and relax after a long day of hiking. The house has been remodeled well. Converting the garage into a family room and extending the master bedroom made the place perfect. We very much enjoyed everything about the house. I also can't say enough about the responsiveness of the hosts. Not that anything was wrong, but they were quick and informative with their communication. They really make it easy to check in/out and provide information. The house is well stocked, something which is not entirely common in our experience renting houses. Anyway, overall we were very happy with the house and location and hosts.

Just a quick weekend trip

Looked for a place for the 6 of us to have a weekend away. Found this place and it was wonderful! Very quiet. Away from the hustle of downtown Gatlinburg but still relatively close to stores and restaurants. House was comfy. We were a little disappointed that the hot tub was not useable (water level was way low) and the deck was in worse condition than the photos (fire out was at edge of woods as others have said), but we still had a very nice stay. Would definitely go back!

Secluded quiet getaway house

Property was just as described nice and secluded, quiet but minutes from Gatlinburg and not to far from pigeon forge. We enjoyed the peace and quiet after busy days of hiking and site seeing. Highly recommend!! Would absolutely stay again.
