Some of the onsite amenities include the Wild Bear Falls indoor/outdoor water park (4 each all-week passes free for our renters), Serenity Spa by Westgate, the Westgate Smokehouse Grill, the Mason Jar Lounge, Roaring Fork Snack Bar, 3 outdoor heated pools and hot tubs, large fitness center, Smoky Mountain Marketplace, playgrounds, picnic areas, Starbucks Coffee shop, Mini Golf Course, free shuttle service on location and VIP Concierge service. Great resort and spa for football families and the mountains are alive with all of it's beautiful colors during this time of year.

Vrbo failed

Property was fine. Vrbo double booked and refused to refund that one day and was told if I canceled the one double booked day Ild loose my entire 5 days and NO refund. Owner is very upset as was I after driving 600 miles and told I had no reservations in my name!!! Owner nor I will use vrbo again as when I called your customer service No effort was made by vrbo to talk to property management of westgate!!!!if not for the unit owner Ild been on the street!!!!!!no way to conduct business and treat your clients!👎👎👎😡
