Nous avons passé un we à Chartres avec des enfants dans cette maison.

- Jardin au calme, pas de vis à vis
- Séjour + cuisine fonctionnels
- Parking, barbecue
Points faibles :
- Maison inadaptée aux enfants en bas age, beaucoup de marches
- Salle de bain : marche dangereuse dans la douche et sanitaires vétustes
- Piscine non praticable, à notifier sur l'annonce car déception
