Come and discover this 2-badroom cabin duplex with a terrace located in the "Les Marines de Gassin" residence, benefiting from direct access to the beach and a superb lagoon pool of 650 square meters (open from mid-June to late September).

This 50 square meters apartment with an elevator is the perfect place to spend pleasant holidays with several people. It can accommodate a maximum of 7 people. Enjoy the terrace and its furniture that offers a pleasant view of the pool and the sea.

It consists of a living room with a sofa bed or trundle bed, equipped kitchenette with electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, 1 bathroom, and a separate toilet.

Upstairs, two bedrooms each with a double bed, a cabin bedroom with bunk beds, and an 80-bed suspended above the stairs.

Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung liess sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die Betten (Felcken auf dem Lacken,Tiere/Ungeziefer) und Küchenschränke waren schmutzig. Die Küchenutensilien waren teil verschutzt oder gar nicht gereinigt. Ventlatoren und Lampen welche nicht funktionierten, Handtücher welche noch hinter Radiatoren zum Vorschein kamen. Wir wünschen uns eine Reduktion der bezahlten Miete.
