Come and spend your sunny vacation in this charming 55 square meters wooden chalet that can accommodate up to 6 people.

The house consists of a living room with a sofa bed and dining area, a bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Schönes Haus mit kleinen Schwächen

Das Haus befindet sich in einer Ferienwohnanlage außerhalb des schönen Dörfchens Gassin. Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung und ist gut und schön eingerichtet, auch wenn man an der einen oder anderen Stelle das Alter des Holzgebäudes (Küchenzeile und Sanitärbereich) schon sieht. Die Anlage hat sonst wenig zu bieten, ein Bezug zum Ort fehlt. Der Preis ist von daher eher etwas zu hoch angesetzt. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietungsagentur war von daher etwas schwierig, als dass mit der Buchungsbestätigung eine längst veraltete Adresse für die Schlüsselübergabe mitgeteilt wurde.

Traumhafte Ruhe, schöne Anlage

Der Urlaub in diesem Holzhäuschen hat unserer Familie sehr gut gefallen. Es ist geschmackvoll und funktionell eingerichtet. Das hübsche Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Anlage in einem Pinienhain und dort herrscht traumhafte Ruhe. Gleichzeitig ist der Standort ideal, um Ausflüge zu unternehmen. Das Meer mit wunderschönen Stränden ist nicht weit entfternt. Gleich in der Nähe gibt es eine Bäckerei, in der man sich mit frischem Baguette usw. versorgen kann. Ein großer Supermarkt ist mit dem Auto ca. 5 Min. entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermittlungsagentur war unkompliziert. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen!
