Our vacation apartment complex offers a breathtaking panoramic view from its large sun terraces of the Szczecin Lagoon, which lies directly in front of us and is larger in area than Lake Constance. The fantastic view of the sparkling sea will enchant you.



All terrace apartments and units are furnished with high-quality amenities and great attention to detail. Surrounded by large lawns and level walkways, our vacation homes face the lagoon coast and are arranged within a spacious outdoor complex. Our lagoon terraces, with seating areas along the cliffs, invite you to relax with a glass of wine.



You can enjoy wellness, fitness, games, and socializing in our common areas, whose amenities are available to you free of charge. Look forward to our saunas and infrared cabins. We also offer professional massages, which you’re welcome to book with us.



A large outdoor playground with a climbing tower, zip line, and play equipment awaits your children. Outside the complex, there’s a soccer field. Spend time with your children in the large indoor playroom. For group activities, you can use our bocce court or, indoors, our billiards room as well as the common room for darts, foosball, and table tennis.




Our bike rental service has classic touring bikes available for you (subject to availability and for a fee).
You’re also welcome to bring your own bikes and store them safely in lockable bike storage rooms.



There are several barbecue areas in front of the houses that you’re welcome to use.



Your dog is welcome here. We ask that you keep your dog on a leash within the immediate vacation complex. Outside our grounds, wide fields and meadows offer plenty of space for your dog to run freely and safely.



The fine-sand Usedom Baltic Sea beach can be reached via the famous imperial spa towns of Bansin, Heringsdorf, and Ahlbeck, which are eight kilometers away—a maximum of 15 minutes by car from us. The Korswandt golf course is located 5 kilometers away. As our guests, you’ll receive discounts on tickets here.



The quaint fishing village of Kamminke, with its beach on the lagoon coast, is right nearby. We highly recommend the open-air restaurant at the harbor for excellent seafood and a spot to enjoy breathtaking sunsets.

This bright, light-filled 3-room apartment on the top floor of Building 1 (elevator available) can accommodate up to 4 people plus a toddler up to 2 years old in a crib. It features 94 m² of living space, 2 bedrooms, and 2 fully equipped bathrooms with showers. The large, 17 m² sun terrace is ideally oriented toward the south.
