Quietly and beautifully situated in the popular leisure area Gyllebo in the heart of Österlen, is our holiday home. The house is modernly equipped. Three bedrooms for six people. Large living room with fireplace. The house type is called Magnolian 91 (googla for floor plan). Open view to garden and beautiful, soothing nature. Kivik and Simrishamn in 15 minutes distance. Two well-known and popular golf courses, Lilla Vik and Djupadal, 10/15 min away. Lake Gyllebos with bath and fishing opportunities 5 minutes. Wifi, TV with Netflix etc. Lots of nearby exciting excursion destinations. Solar cells on the roof provide the house with clean and free energy.
Bed linen is provided by the tenant.
The cottage is heated and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.

Smart holiday home in a lovely rural setting

This attractive, chalet-style holiday home in a tranquil rural location is spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, well-equipped and with a spacious modern living area. We were fortunate to be there during a sunny week in August: it was such a relaxing place to be, and there's nothing nicer after a day at the beach or exploring the countryside than sitting on the deck to catch the evening sun. The property is very close to Lake Gyllebo, which is a lovely place for a quiet swim. The coast is a short drive away, with some of the most beautiful and unspoilt sandy beaches I have ever seen. It's also an easy fifteen minute drive from Simrishamn - a pleasant harbour town with restaurants and supermarkets. The host was welcoming, helpful and communicative from start to finish. If you're looking for a place to relax, away from it all, this is ideal.

Modest and Humble

I am referring to the owners description of the property. It was absolutely FANTASTIC! It was new, clean and large enough for our family to move around without tripping all over each other. I loved sitting on the deck and listening to the birds in the evening. My wife (who i think was ready to move there) loved her early morning runs in one of the most beautiful places in the world!

Mooi huis met veel voorzieningen in rustige omgeving

Relaxte ligstoelen in de tuin, prettige en vlotte communicatie met de eigenaar, mooie wandelroutes en zwemmeer in de buurt. Van alles aanwezig in de keuken.

Perfect again

It was our third stay and it was again perfect. Fully equipped with all you need and as of this year also with a wallbox to charge the car we had lovely 3 weeks. The kids can simply go outside and have adventures. The lake was warm and only a few minutes away.

Erwartungen erfĂŒllt

Wunderbar gelegenes Haus, welches in unseren Augen besonders mit dem großzĂŒgigen Wohn-Essbereich punktet. Perfekt fĂŒr ein neugieriges Baby zum Krabbeln 😀. Die KĂŒche ist mit allen Utensilien ausgestattet, die wir fĂŒr unsere Versorgung benötigten. Als einzig negativ empfanden wir das Bett, welches fĂŒr unseren Geschmack zu weich ist. Letztlich gibt es so viele positive Dinge zu erwĂ€hnen. Die tolle Terrasse, die Möglichkeit zu Grillen und die wunderbar krautige Wiese hinter dem Haus sind nur wenige Beispiele. Uns hat das Haus und der Gastgeber Toni durchweg positive Erlebnisse ermöglicht.

Ruhig gelegen mit zahlreiche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten

Das Ferienhaus war so wie beschrieben, es hat bei der Einrichtung an fast nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war einfach und auch schnell. Wir hatten eine schöne Woche dort und fande die Kombination des nahegelegenen See und das 30min entfernten Ostseestrands (Sandhammaren) perfekt. Wir konnten unsere Woche in vollen ZĂŒgen genießen.

Traumhafte Unterkunft in super Lage

Das Haus hat alles was man fĂŒr 3 Wochen gebrauchen kann, inklusive Grill im Garten, Klimaanlage und Waschmaschine. Toni ist immer fĂŒr Fragen erreichbar. Der See in 5 Minuten erreichbar und eine gute AbkĂŒhlung. Das beste an allem ist die Ruhe, gelegentlich kommt mal der Fasan vom Nachbarn zu Besuch und macht auf sich aufmerksam. Sterne gucken nachts ist der Hammer. Ganz klare Empfehlung fĂŒr das Haus und die Umgebung!

Lyxigt med disk-och tvĂ€ttmaskin (och naturligtvis fanns tvĂ€ttmedel, mjukmedel och diskmedelstabletter😉) Altanen med mĂ„nga sköna stolar och utan egentlig insyn nyttjade vi mycket Badplatsen som ligger i nĂ€rheten Ă€r ocksĂ„ vĂ€ldigt fin! Das Objekt ist so wie beschrieben. Alles super geklappt und der Vermieter ist auch jederzeit ansprechbar. Nur im Bad könnten mehr Hacken sein. Aber ansonsten ist es ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Top-modern und super gemĂŒtlich

Die HĂŒtte liegt ein wenig abseits der Hauptorte in der Region Simrishamn, es ist aber dennoch alles ganz schnell zu erreichen. Fast ohne direkte Nachbarn und in einem naturnahen Umfeld gelegen ist sie zudem sehr ruhig und dabei doch top-modern und super gemĂŒtlich. Und auch der Kontakt mit unserem Vermieter war super freundlich und einfach. Da kommen wir wirklich gerne mal wieder. :)

Stugan var jĂ€ttefin och bra utrustad. Det som kan förbĂ€ttras Ă€r den utdragbara sĂ€ngen som kanske kan bytas till en 140cm med riktig bĂ€ddmadrass. Saknade Ă€ven en pendlad lampa över köksbordet. I övrigt inget att önska.😃

Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage in dem Ferienhaus. Die Kommunikation mit Toni war jederzeit super. Das Wohngebiet ist ruhig. Im naheliegenden See kann man angeln. Das Haus war so wie beschrieben!
