The quietly located "Sterntaler" holiday home in Garmisch-Partenkirchen has two cozy holiday apartments ("Sterntaler OG" for up to 2 people and "Sterntaler DG" for up to 4 people) with a wonderful view to the Garmisch mountains.
The approximately 93 m2 "Sterntaler OG" apartment on the 1st floor can be reached via an external staircase. It is modern and stylishly furnished with high-quality furniture and great attention to detail. The hallway with checkroom leads into the spacious living area with open-plan kitchen (fully equipped) and a solid dining table with comfortable chairs. The adjoining sitting area with a view to the mountains Zugspitze and Alpspitze is sure to become a favorite spot during your vacation. The bedroom (double bed) is an appealing size and has a cozy, refined ambience. You will also relax in the large, modern bathroom with bathtub and rain shower. You can enjoy a wonderful view to the Garmisch mountains from the large, wrap-around balcony.
In the basement of the house there is a washing machine and dryer as well as a storage room for communal use. A baby crib and high chair are also available.
The Olympic ski stadium with the Olympic ski jump, the Partnachklamm gorge, the Hausberg and Eckbauer cable cars and the historic Ludwigstraße in Partenkirchen are all within walking distance. The pedestrian zone in Garmisch with various shopping facilities, tourist information, spa gardens, casino, theater, etc. and the train station are also within walking distance. The excellent location is also the perfect starting point for a variety of activities at any time of year: long walks, hikes and mountain bike tours in the warm season and unlimited skiing and snowboarding fun in winter. There is a cross-country ski trail nearby and the "Garmisch Classic" and "Zugspitze" ski areas offer a variety of slopes and unique impressions.

Excellent residence home in Garmisch

My wife and I stayed in this vacation home for our honeymoon and had a very memorable stay. Manuela was extremely helpful and the communication was clear and efficient to work with. The house is as advertised and located right at the base of the mountains for hiking and skiing. The house is a 10-15 mins walk to the train station and downtown which is very convenient. I wouldn't hesitate at all to recommend this vacation home to anyone.

Tolle, geräumige, sehr schöne, neue Wohnung, die alles hat was man für einen Kurztripp braucht. Der Check-in war etwas umständlich, da man sich bei mehreren Seiten anmelden musste, um an Details und an Gästekarten zu kommen. Das geht auch einfacher. Wenn man angemeldet ist, kann man ein tolles Zusatzangebot buchen wie z.B. Frühstück oder einen vollen Kühlschrank. Wir hatten über das System um einen Hochstuhl für unser Kleinkind gebeten. Leider haben wir weder einen Hochstuhl noch eine Info bekommen. Ansonsten hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Helle, moderne Wohnung in Garmisch-Partenkirchen

Super Ausgangspunkt für viele Wanderwege/Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Partnachklamm ist bspw. zu Fuß zu erreichen. Toller Ausblick auf die Berge, wie Alp- oder Zugspitze. Vom Mobiliar/Inventar alles und mehr vor Ort, was man braucht. Sehr gemütliches weiches Bett. Wahnsinns Balkon, der um dem größten Teil der Wohnung führt. Gegenüber wird z.Z. gebaut, aber für uns überhaupt nicht störend gewesen. Schlüsselübergabe war kontaktlos und gar kein Problem. Ein bisschen mehr Gemütlichkeit kann die Wohnung noch vertragen. Aber uns hat es super gefallen, wir würden ein weiteres Mal wieder kommen.

Großzügige Wohnung, schön eingerichtet mit Blick auf Alpspitze und Zugspitze. Leider zur Zeit große Baustelle gegenüber. Genug Geschirr, aber kein einziger Schrank für Vorräte, obwohl reichlich Platz wäre. Spiegel im Bad nicht direkt beleuchtet. Sauberkeit: Boden im Bad war sicher nicht gewischt, unter Sofa im Wohnzimmer lag Gegenstand (liegengelassen). Auf dem durchgehenden Balkon den ganzen Tag Sonne
