Good morning\! I just wanted to let you know that we had a beautiful and wonderful weekend, even with the minor mishaps involving the air conditioning and the door\. We truly enjoyed ourselves and are very grateful for your quick response and assistance\.I’m sorry I didn’t get a chance to message you yesterday\. I was driving, and by the time I got home, unpacked, and settled in, we were all ready for bed\. However, I wanted to make sure I took the time to thank you for your hospitality\.The only challenge we experienced was with some of our elders who have knee problems, arthritis, and other mobility issues\. The stairs were difficult for them to navigate\. If possible, you may want to consider adding a walkway or another accessible option for future guests, especially those who may need handicap accessibility\.Thank you again for everything\. We truly appreciate your kindness and hospitality, and we had a wonderful time\.
