The accommodation comprises

Ground floor:
- 15 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area
- Open-plan kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190) and a bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

First floor:
- 18 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: with a single bed (90×190) and a bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A private, heated 6×3 m swimming pool open from April to October (heated in June and September). Fenced with a security gate.
- A private garden surrounding the house on all sides.
- Several terraces around the house, two of which are covered with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Garéoult, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the two parking spaces available inside the property.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Toulon train station, about 40 minutes' drive away
- Toulon airport 45 minutes away and Marseille Provence airport 1 hour away.
