With a view of the golf course, mountains, and Bear Lake itself, this spacious five-bedroom home offers the perfect setting for your next family or group getaway. Reserve a tee time at Bear Lake Golf Course, or head to Ideal Beach Resort, just over two miles north, for lake access. There you’ll also find resort amenities such as mini-golf, heated pools, hot tubs, dry saunas, a playground, tennis, pickle ball, and basketball courts, and a rental shop for boats, jet skis, canoes, and paddle boards.

Back home, it’s easy to enjoy the view from either deck or the lower-level patio. Grab a cup of coffee and a book in the morning and relax for a while – you’re on vacation after all. Inside, you’ll find an updated, open living space on the main floor with vaulted ceilings making the space feel even larger. The chef will love the modern kitchen, with a full complement if stainless steel appliances, lots of counter space, and a huge farmhouse sink. Between the large dining room table, patio table on the deck, and kitchen island barstools, there’s plenty of room for everyone at mealtime. At the end of the day, relax in one of the two living rooms, with one on the main floor and one downstairs. Both offer lots of comfy seating and streaming-capable TVs – the kids will love the beanbag chairs downstairs. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
