This home was perfect for our family trip! There were lots of places within walk in distance. Home was clean and comfortable. Had some concerns and the host answered them swiftly. Hoping to plan another trip here in a couple weeks!

Great house and convenient location

Great location right in garden city. La beaus and zipz are about a mile walk away And the grocery store is an easy walk. No issues with noise. The layout is convenient with the larger family area. Kids loves the Nintendo switch and games. Note the Internet is slow. Not the fault of the host just that the options in garden city are limited.

Great spot for a fabulous Bear Lake stay!

What do I say, the location was perfect, literally within a minute walk to a great grocery store and central to all the fun attractions in Bear Lake. The house is beautifully decorated and clean as a whistle, exactly as pictured and described. The communication from the owners was spot on and at one point we had a question about the grill and the owner helped immediately. We had a wonderful experience and made a few fun family memories. Highly recommend!

We had the absolute best stay here! Every detail was thought of from the quality linens to the appliances. Felt like we stayed at a luxury boutique hotel. Great communication from the hosts as well. Very clean and well maintained property.

Exceptionally clean property and fun stay!

The property was very clean and welcoming. The location is great, as it’s very close to all the restaurants and the beach. The bed was extremely comfy - felt like sleeping on a cloud! I would definitely recommend this place! :)

Beautiful home with everything you would ever need during your stay. Great location within walking distance to the grocery store. We were super worried about the beautiful decor getting broken by the kids. We had to move things out of reach of kids.

Extremely clean and comfortable. No need to bring anything but clothes and beach toys as this place is so well stocked! Literally a dream kitchen with ample amount of everything you could think of. Large walk in pantry so a weeks worth of groceries can be stored out of sight. Master bed/ bath is wonderful with a spacious closet. Short walk to marina, grocery/hardware/coffee shop just around the corner Host are spot on, respond to questions immediately. If you are staying in the Bear Lake area, I would highly recommend this property.

Incredible Property!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was well stocked, very clean and maintained and was in a great central location. An extra bonus was being able to use the clubhouse/pool amenities. Any questions we had were answered quickly, Gregory and Miguel were excellent hosts! We definitely would stay at this home again!

Great stay for large group of friends and family.

Fantastic house with a great location, and plenty of room for large families. We stayed over Thanksgiving week and loved the large kitchen with all the appliances and amenities. Greg and Miguel were great hosts that were always willing to answer any questions that arised during our stay. The only complaint we had during our stay was that the clubhouse is closed during the off season. We wish the listing would of clarified that.
