First off I'd like to say I'm super picky about were i stay. I booked this place on a whim for 1 night due to heavy traffic and not wanting to drive any further that night and let me just say everything about it was great from the person greeting us at the front desk to the room. The place was spotless, very contemporary decor, quiet, comfortable beds and pillows and ample space in the room.

Disappointed cuz the reviews were good but the employees, including the manager, don’t care. Our room had a few issues (deadbolt door lock not working, bathroom sliding door hard to operate, and dirty toilet) so I asked for a new room and was told everything was booked. Later when I asked for a replacement bed sheet for the dirty ones in our room, the employee offered a new room. We had already unpacked and cleaned the room at that point. We requested maintenance the next morning and were told the manager would talk to us but neither happened. Could have been a much better experience (and rating) if they actually provided customer service . Would not recommend because of the customer service.

Staff is awesome,they all are really nice. The hotel is really clean and looks great. There is Walgreens ,a supermarket and other places nearby . I really like it and I'll be back for sure. If you are traveling by train,it's near to Amtrak station
