We were pleseantly surprised. Hotel is little bit dated but the staff (especially lady at the reception), amenities and some little touches offset that. Food was great, including room service dining and breakfast with many healthy options. You can opt for breakfast to be served in your room as well, for no extra charge.

Stylish hotel with super-friendly staff situated in a residential area about 1km from the town centre. Rooms comfortable, modern and clean. Lots of thoughtful details like a hair-straightener provided and free snacks in the afternoon. Fabulous breakfast buffet and the restaurant is great for fish lovers. We didn't use the pool area as the weather was poor but it looked really nice. My only minor gripe is the lack of power sockets in the room.

Nice hotel, a healthy walk from the town

As we had an early flight we arrived at the hotel around 10am expecting to have to wait until 2pm, however they were very accommodating & managed to have our room ready within a few hours. What makes this hotel special are the staff, they all go the extra mile. In particular the lovely room ladies called Lovely & Tina who were so friendly and helpful. Sorry we missed you on our last day, but we left you a thank you! The lovely waiter (so sorry but can’t remember your name) who was there every morning with a cheery smile and on our return in the evening to serve our nightcap on the terrace. By the end of our week we almost felt part of the family. Keep up the great work and hope to visit next year.

Excellent hotel with supurb food

Had a brilliant time staying at the Tobago Hotel it has a very relaxed informal atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and they will do anything to help make your stay enjoyable. The hotel is ideally placed and only a short walk from Garda which is a delightful resort.
