Très bon séjour

Avec ses deux superbes piscines, cette location est parfaite pour de belles vacances. La charmante station balnéaire de Garda est accessible facilement à pied par une belle promenade au bord du lac. Un seul défaut un manque de vaisselle et de matériel de cuisine.

Es ist eine alte Anlage, so dass es zwischen den Gebäuden viel Platz und Schatten durch Olivenbäume gibt. Ein sehr großer Pool.

Leider sehr unsauber

der check in verlief noch reibungslos. wir freuten uns auf unsere schöne Wohnung, nach 14 Stunden Autofahrt ab unter die Dusche und ins Bett....leider fehlanzeige! Das erste was wir machen Mussten als wir unsere FEWO betreten hatten war eine Grundreinigung, nachdem wir uns von dem Schock erholt hatten. Bevor wir an einen Toilettengang denken konnten hieß es: Handschuhe an, lappen, Badreiniger und desinfektionsmittel raus und schrubben. Eine FEWO in diesem Zustand zu übergeben ist schlicht unzumutbar. Heute sind wir schlauer und würden unsere Beschwerde vor unserer Grundreinigung ausrichten und nicht Danach. Nach dem wir alles einigermaßen hergestellt hatten, haben wir beschlossen das wir bleiben - zum Schlafen reicht es. aber am liebsten wären wir in der Nacht der ANreise auch sofort wieder abgereist, aber dafür hatten wir uns zu sehr auf unseren Urlaub gefreut und zu viel Geld bezahlt. Die Fotos in dem Inserat scheinen schon "ein paar" Jahre älter zu sein, das einzige was wiedererkennbar war, war die Außenanlage. Was sich auch nach unserer Reinigung nicht beseitigen ließ waren ablagerungen von Grünspan in den Sanitäranlagen, flecken von Kaffee und anderen dingen an den Wänden etc. Außerhalb unserer FEWO hatten wir 12 wunderschöne Tage in Gada, deshalb...Gada? jederzeit wieder! dieses Objekt? Nein! Ich würde gerne eine tolle Bewertung schreiben, dazu gibt es aber leider keinen Grund :-(

appartement certes un peu vieillot mais très propre ! Parc très agréable.. par contre pas d'état des lieux à l'entrée et un état des lieux à la sortie qui laisse totalement à désirer ! La dame est juste rentrée, allée jusqu'à la chambre et est ressortie !

Bel endroit avec 2 magnifiques piscines.

Résidence bien placée,on peut aller à pied à garda par une magnifique promenade en bord de lac. Logement fonctionnel avec un design à revoir.

Logement propre mais très rudimentaire et viellot confort minimum

Très déçu par l appartement de parco de l garda à garda, confort sommaire ,le stricte minimum en vaisselle,pas de grille pain , pas de cafetière, un four à micro onde qui ne fonctionne pas normalement, une table en extérieur abîmée, une proximité avec les autres occupants,pas de séparation entre les logements sur les terrasses.au niveau sanitaire ,douche très étroite, le reste correct, les deux piscines du parc sont biens ,spacieuses.le coin poubelles est aussi à l abandon et sale. Notre impression générale sur la semaine est que les propriétaires ne s encombrent pas avec le superflu qui donne envie de revenir , ça va bien parce qu' il fait beau et que l on vit dehors

Prima locatie voor een vakantie te houden

Goede keuken en vriendelijk personeel. Appartementen zijn voldoende ingericht en netjes en het gehele park is gewoon zoals je verwacht, netjes en schoon. Is wel allemaal gedateerd en typisch Italiaans. Maar fijne vakantieverblijf gehad. We hadden een appartement met half pension als extra erbij genomen. Je eet dan je ontbijt en het diner in het restaurant van het hotel.

Das Gelände und die Bungalows sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Innenausstattung ist rustikal, aber einigermaßen sauber. Strand und das Stadtzentrum kann man sehr gut zu Fuß erreichen.

der Gesamteindruck war sehr gut

Leider gabs bei der Unterkunft einige Mängel.Wie z.B.: Die Wohnug war sehr bedürftigt eingerichtet was ich aber jetzt nicht unbdingt als mangelhaft einstufe. Leider nimmt man es mit der Sauberkeit nicht so genau. Das Badezimmer bekommt von mir die Note 6. Es war Schimmel an der Duschkabine und an den Fliesen. Die Klobrille war von unten total Gelb. Die Lüftungsanlage im Bad viel zu laut,auch von den Nachbarn,so das man Nachts schlecht schlafen konnte. Außerdem sollten diese Lüfter auch mal gereinigt werden.Die Programme im Fernseher gingen zum Teil nicht. Diese Wohnungsanlage ist eine reine Geräuschkulisse. Man sollte vielleicht auch mal etwas investieren um diese Wohnungen auf einen einigermaßen guten Zustand zu bringen. Die Anlage selber mit Bar, Pool und Restaurant war perfekt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht.Wir werden auf jedenfall wieder kommen. Werden uns aber dann einen Bungalow mieten.
