Great Family Resort Stay in Gapyeong

This is an excellent resort stay for family of five - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. We were welcomed by our warm & hospitable host James and he explained and showed us around the interesting places around the resort. I drove directly from Incheon airport in the morning, and this location is an excellent stop-over at Gapyeong if you are planning to visit Petite France and Nami Island.

Fantastic Relaxing Getaway!

An extremely long overdue review for such an excellent place! Ethren Resort is your go to place in Korea for a relaxing getaway! When we got there it was really quiet and peaceful, our room had floor to ceiling windows that overlooked the lake. We were amazed at the beautiful sunset and the frozen lake with little duckies in the early morning! Our initial plan was to visit Nami Island, the Garden of Morning Calm and Le Petite France but the room was so comfy that we decided just to stay in. When we were checking out James offered us a lift out and even to hold on to our luggages while we went to Nami Island! (Thank you James!!!) Our only regret was that we only booked 1 night. We will definitely be returning to stay for a much longer time!

bring your own food!

bring your own food! apparently at korean resorts you bring your own (or pre-order a meal). there is nowhere nearby to order a delivery. the staff were really helpful Let us join them for staff dinner. The owner, james, took us on a river trip on hisspeedboat - fantastic! Loved the modern design of the apartment (201), which had huge windows and a river view. i hope to goback again one day.

사진으로 봤던것보다 방이 좀 달라서 실망했어요..샴푸랑 바디워시도 보충이 안되어 있었고.. 가격에 비해 방은 실망이였지만 바베큐할때 사장님께서 이것저것 챙겨주시고 직접담그셨다는 김치는 정말 맛있었어요! 귀한 두릅도 꺼내주시고! 조식도 여러가지로 챙겨주셔서 배부르게 아침식사했습니다.

계곡 깊숙히 위치한 리조트라기 보단 팬션에 가까운 곳

숙소가 계곡 아주 깊이 자리하고 있어서 좁고 꼬불꼬불한 길로 10분 정도 진입하서 들어가야 했고 주차장이 협소한지 도로에 주차하라고 하여서 불편했다 비교적 청결한 편이었지만 화장실에 물때가 눈에 띄었고 화장실 문이 꼭 닫기지 않았다 문제가 있을 때마다 비교적 신속히 처리해주었다 여름에 가족 동반으로 물놀이 하며 쉬기에는 좋을 듯. 리조트라고 해서 꽤 규모가 큰줄 알았는데 그저 조금 큰 팬션이라고 생각하면 될 듯하다

좋은 나들이었다!

이전에 워크샵으로 왔었던 숙소였는데 좋아서 다시한번 왔어요! 역시 만족스러웠구요 다만 주변에 놀거리가 없어서 조금 아쉽네요~ 여름에 와서 수영장을 이용해보려구요!

ㅇ객실청결도: 대부분 만족하였으나 지리적 위치의 이유인지 벌레와 거미가 나왔습니다. ㅇ서비스: 매우 친절하셨습니다. ㅇ편의시설: 여름철에 방문할 경우 수영장과 수상레져를 즐길 수 있어 좋을 것 같습니다. 또한 이침 조식이 밥, 국, 빵, 시리얼 등으로 다양하게 구성되어 있어 좋았습니다. ㅇ호텔위치: 남이섬에서 10분 거리이나 다소 꼬불꼬불한 산길입니다. 주변에 큰 편의시설은 없으나 입구에 작은 슈퍼를 보았습니다.

1박2일 짧지만 마지막까지..

가족들과 오랜만에 근처 여행가려고 들뜬 마음으로 이곳에 예약을 했어요. 저는 여행 서비스업종에서 10년동안 일을 하고 있어서 여행이 얼마나 설레이고 기대되는지 알고 있는 사람입니다. 숙박하는 날 비도 험하게 오고 추워서 고생하며 찾아간 리조트 였어요. 도착하자마자 시간이 남아서 카페에서 대기하고 체크인하는데 직원들도 없고 카페도 청소? 밥해주는 이모님이 안내해주셨네여,, 그 뒤에 안내해주는 직원분이 왔는데 첫인사도 없고 웃지도 않으시고 오래기다리셨냐는 말한마디 없이 그냥 안내해주더라구요, 그건 사람마다 받아들이기 다르겠지 생각하고 넘어갔는데 방에 들어가자마자 자야되는 방바닥아래 날파리며 각종 벌레들이 정리도 안된채로 죽어있었어요.. 그것도 하루 묵을꺼라서 그러러니 하고 넘겼죠, 남자아이들이 있어서 족구공도 빌려 다놀고 다시 가져다드릴라 했는데 데스크에 아무도 없고, 불러도 직원하나 안나왔어요 그래서 데스크 앞쪽에 놓고 왔어요. 그래도 이왕 여행온거 다같이 기분좋게 놀자 생각하고 다음날 체크아웃 시간이 빠듯하고 짐도 정신없게 챙기느라 객실 정리 후 객실 키를 드리지 못하고 식탁위에 올려놓고 나왔어요. 그런데 갑자기 숙박 후 3일이 지난 이 시점에 갑자기 전화가 오시더니 축구공의 행방과 객실키를 반납안하고 식탁위에 올려놓은 점을 말씀하시더라구요? 그전에 다 정리하신거 아닌가요? 그리고 처음 안내할 때 말했다는 식으로 저희가 키를 제대로 반납안했다는 식으로 들리더라구요. 그냥 좋은 기억으로 남기려고 한 여행을 마지막에 이렇게 온 가족들에게 언짢은 기억으로 남게 되었네요. 서비스업종에서 일하는 사람으로써, 저도 호텔에서 일해 봤는데 업종에 와준 고객에게 인사와 미소는 기본아닐까요??.. 마지막까지 전화해서 고객에게 취조하듯 말씀하신게 진짜 아닌 것 같네요.. 가평가면 다시 방문하려했는데 오늘 일로 확실히 재방문 안할 것 같네요. 앞으로 다른 고객분들이 방문하셨을 때 최소 달갑고 반갑게 맞이해 주셨으면 좋겠습니다!

가족들과 가기 좋은곳

가족들과 하루 묶었습니다. 우선 깨끗하고 친절합니다. 방도 넓고 뭐 부족한 것이라면 밤에 약간 추웠다 정도. 저녁 bbq 할때도 식당 바로 앞에서 해서. 아이들은 식당 안에 있어도 되니 추위 걱정이 없었네요. 여름에 꼭 다시 가 볼 생각입니다.

Nice view, Comfortable accomodation

1. Room condition was very nice. And you can enjoy nice view 2. Breakfast : For me it was just suitable. You can take both of Korean and Western meals 3. Place : If you do not take your car, it must be inconvinient. But there are many large amusement parks nearby 4. I expect that the atmosphere of Summer must be fantastic.

인터넷 후기보고 갔다가 완전 실망임(인터넷 사기수준)

위치 : 애매하고 주변에 아무것도 없음 (남이섬 가는데 위험한 시골길로 10분 이상 나감) 청결 : 담배를 쓰레기장 안에서 태우라고 함.. 더럽고 화재위험이 있는데 별도로 흡연구역이 필요함 숙소 : 화장실이 침대 바로 앞에 있고, 문이 닫히질 않아서 용변시 냄새가 밖으로 새어나감 서비스 : 추가 수건 달라고 info에 갔더니 내일 아침에 필요할때 다시 오라고 함... 조식 : 동계라고 9시~10시에 된다고 하는데.. 아침일찍 여행자들에겐 먹지 말라는 뜻(결재는 이미 했음)... 종류나 맛은 괜찮았으나, 설거지 상태가 매우 불량했음 예약 : 4인가족 조식포함하여 16만 + 4만(수수료) = 20만 계산했으나, 2인기준이고 아이가 7세 4세라고 했더니 2만원 추가요금 받음... 결론은 22만원 내고 1박함 (그럼 조식은 왜 4인기준으로 선결재를 받았고, 예약시 분명 4인이라고 예약함... 추가 결재한 건 뭔지? 이 부분은 항의했으나 2인기준으로 돈 더내라고 함...ㅎㅎ) 총평 : 다시는 이용할 생각없음... 인터넷 후기나 그런거 믿지 마세요

시설관리도 잘되있고 관리인분도 너무 친절하셔요~2박을 하고 갔는데 너무 좋아서 1박을 더했더니 와인도 선물로 주셨네요^^ 가평이라 그런지 도심보다따뜻하고..가장 좋았던 점은 방이 너무 따뜻해서 좋았습니다

이뜨랜 리조트 전망졸고 힐링숙소입니다.

10월초 평일에 가족11명이 방4개 예약해서 숙박했어요 비수기 평일이라 저희가족만 있었구요 바베큐장도 편하게 이용할수있게 해주시고 늦게까지 모닥불피워주셔서 좋은시간 보냈어요 아침조식도 간단한데 집밥처럼 너무맛있어서 2번씩 먹었어요 귀걸이를 두고와서 말씀드렸더니 택배로 보내주서어 감사했어요~ 한가지 객실밖에 조명이 좀어두워서 턱이 있는데 잘안보여서 몇번 넘어질뻔했어요

静かな環境でリラックスできます

週末の1泊2日旅行に家族5人で利用しました。南怡島から車で15分程度の便利な場所です。コンドミニアムを予約していましたが空きがあるとのことでペントハウスタイプにアップグレードしてくださいました。部屋は全面ガラス張りですが外から覗かれるようなところもなく、目の前に北漢江のパノラマが広がりとてもリラックスできました。子供たちも広い部屋と室内の檜風呂に大喜びでした。近所に食事ができるようなレストランはほとんどないので、あらかじめ食材を持ち込んで自炊するか、バーベキューセットを予約することをおすすめします。私たちはバーベキューを頼みました。炭火で焼くサムギョプサルは格別でしたよ。紅葉の時期など別の季節にもリピート利用してみたいです。

가족여행으로 다녀왔는데 큰문제는 없었지만 관리에 좀더 신경써주셨으면 합니다.화장실 세면대 물도 잘안내려가고 금액대비 방 컨디션이 훌륭하다는 생각은 들지 않았습니다.방문 화장실문에서 건물이 좀 오래된거가 싶은생각이 들더라구요.모든시설을 이용할수있는 계절은 아니였지만 조용히 가족과 즐거운시간 보내고 왔습니다~
