The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The view was amazing, with the ocean right in front of the hotel. I loved being able to hear the sound of the waves, and there was a wide pine tree walking trail along the coast, which was perfect for relaxing strolls. I went with a friend, and it was a truly healing and peaceful getaway. I would definitely love to visit again.

Best ocean front/ocean view property. It’s very nice, clean, spacious place. The view from the room was to die for. You wake up to a beautiful sunrise you can watch from the room. It was well awesome!!

The clerk who checked us in was very patient and kind. He explained to us where to park and to call them from the hotel phone should we needed anything. The ocean view room was clean and comfortable after a 5 hour drive.

Hotels.com and Google maps have this place incorrect on the map, the Residence is very close to the beach. We thought we had booked a place in town. We easily caught the bus to and from the residence to the train station using NAVER maps. A big new complex in new condition. We loved our room with an excellent shower, the bed a bit too hard and small for us. There’s new cafes and restaurants popping up around the complex. The pool times need booking which includes access to the pool bar. We didn’t try the breakfast.

B동 레지던스로 이용했는데 전자렌지가 있어 편리하더라구요. 침구도 편해서 좋았구요. 스타일러도 있어 이용을 잘했어요. 테라로사 카페및 다양한 식음료매장이 있어 편리할것 같구요. 식당가를 통해 바로 내려가면 강릉시내버스 정류장도 있어 강릉시내를 대중교통으로 이용하기도 편리합니다. 배차간격이 있긴하지만요. 직원들의 고객을 대하는 태도가 그 호텔의 가치를 높인다고 생각합니다. 수영장이나 다른 부대시설은 일정상 이용하지 못했지만 다음번에 이용하려구요. 한가지아쉬운 점은 자쿠지이용을 위해 코너스위트를 예약했는데 물의 온도가 이용하기에 너무 낮은 온도입니다. 뜨거운물 강으로해도 7~80도 정도의 온도라 미지근하게 식어버리는데 3월날씨에 이용하기엔 너무 추워요. 바람때문에 더 그런듯하지만 결국 물을 반쯤 채우다 이용은 못했구요. 너무 추운탓에 안방욕실에서 반신욕을위해 뜨거운물을 계속 틀었는데 뜨끈뜨끈한 온수가 안나오네요. 레지던스측에서 화상방지를 위해 온도제한을 해놓은걸까?라는 생각까지 했네요. 그리고 욕실가운은 너무 두껍고 무거워요.. 장점일까요? 굳이 아쉬운점에도 불구하고 다음 강릉여행시 신라모노그램 호텔을 이용할 예정입니다.

깨끗하고 객실이 넒은 편이라 잘 쉬었어요 수영장 규모는 아담한 편이고 추운 겨울날 야외수영장까지 걸어가는게 좀 힘들었네요
