But if you're into running, the Gandia beach has a completely renovated path for runners and bicycles (if you don't have a bicycle, Gandia beach has a municipal rental service). Or you can also opt for a rewarding walk along the beach shore, it has 3 km of beach from the apartment to Xeraco beach and 3 km from the apartment to the nautical club.

NO ES UN ROBLEMA (LA SEGURIDAD ES MUY BUENA) PERO ES LA ORIGINAL Y TODAS LAS PUERTAS DEL EDIFICIO SE VAN RENOVANDO, CHOCA UN APARTAMENTO TOTALMENTE REFORMADO CON UNA PUERTA DE OTRO ESTILO.

Las vistas sin duda desde cualquier lugar del apartamento, tanto del mar como de la montaña. El apartamento es comodísimo. He trabajado ahí muy a gusto. Esta vez sí que no hay nada por lo que quejarse. En mi visita anterior indiqué que la calefacción daba poco calor y que el sofá podría mejorarse con una mantita y les ha faltado tiempo para arreglarlo. La calefacción funciona espectacularmente y había una agradable mantita.

Las vistas, el salón, la terraza del dormitorio principal. El apartamento es muy cómodo. Si tuviera que poner una pega sería que el microondas calienta poco, que el aire acondicionado en calor da muy poco y que para que resultara totalmente confortable añadiría una mantita en el sofá. Pero todo son pequeñeces sin importancia.

Todo en general, desde el inicio de la reserva hasta el día de check out nos sentimos muy a gusto. La recepcionista que nos atendió durante la estancia muy profesional y simpática. Importante el detalle de repasar un día, muy discreta y competente la limpiadora. La felpa es de calidad. Hay pequeños detalles que hacen muy cómoda la estancia. La almohada un poco incómoda, pero es una apreciación personal.

Nos alojamos 4 familias en 2 apartamentos con capacidad para 7 personas cada uno y estuvimos muy agusto. Ubicación perfecta frente al mar con unas vistas privilegiadas. Ambos apartamentos estaban reformados, muy amplios, cocina muy bien equipada con todo lo necesario y más. La agencia muy amables y nos pusieron todo tipo de facilidades.

Great place with AC and beautiful view

We had stayed at a different property last year, in a much "fancier" rental, which ended up being a nightmare. Although the other place, Marbell, owned by Fermin M. was more luxurious, the AC was broken, and there was no wifi. This place delivered everything it promised, plus it had an elevator, which is important when you're on any floor beyond the 3rd, and it's super hot outside! The location was 1/2 a block from where the car traffic ended, so it was quieter. That was important this year because of the amount of motor scooter rentals honking late at night. I loved, loved, loved this property and location.

Una estancia muy agradable

Hemos pasado quince días muy buenos. El apartamento está fenomenal, muy limpio y cuidado al igual que sus instalaciones. Situado en la misma playa es una gozada disfrutar de sus vistas. Muy cómodo y cerca de todo lo necesario sin el agobio de la zona más cercana al puerto. Por decir algo alguna de las almohadas eran muy bajitas, pero eso es cuestión de gustos.
