COLL GROC - Nice villa with shared swimming pool in Grau i Platja

This cosy house with shared pool and a 10 minute walk to the beach is ideal for 10+2 guests.
Outside the property there is a shared chlorine swimming pool, ideal for cooling off after a day's sightseeing in the area. It has dimensions of 8x4m and a constant depth of 1.20m. If you wish, there is also a shower to wash off the sand and salt from the beach. The house also offers a private outdoor area where you can enjoy a barbecue with your companions. On the terrace on the main floor you can have breakfast in the mornings and get your strength back for the day.

Inside, the house is distributed over three floors. On the ground floor you will find a living-dining room equipped with television and central air conditioning. One of the sofas can be used as a sofa bed. You also have access to a porch which is also equipped with table and chairs. The kitchen is vitroceramic and has all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably and feel at home. This floor also has a bathroom with shower. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
When it is time to sleep, the bedrooms are distributed between floor -1, floor 1 and floor 2. On floor -1 there is a small area with two armchairs and a wardrobe and then a double bed and two single beds. On the first floor you will find two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one of them with a bathtub and the other with a shower. And to finish with the bedrooms on the 2nd floor there is a double bed and a single bed. If you are travelling with your baby we can provide you with a cot and a highchair.

The property is located just 10 minutes walk from the incredible beach of Gandia, with fine golden sand and shallow waters, the ideal place to enjoy the sea and the beach. The area offers all the necessary services for an independent stay, such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets,... You can take long walks at sunset along the promenade, practice water sports and taste the succulent gastronomy of this corner of the Mediterranean.

The swimming pool is available all year round from 09:00h to 21:00h.

A change of towels and sheets during the stay is included.
