I've been twice to the hotel, TBH i hated my first visit! ground floor ... hot room .... quite away from the lobby, surrounded by a hideous garden ( I thought I wont be back!) on my second visit (which work booked for me), I got a top floor room, totally different, large and spacious, very quiet, easy access ... I loved it! its a grand hotel, with very impressive features, get busy at times (weddings for 3 nights in a row) but still holds that extra charm! coffee & macaron are great, breakfast is full of great options.... YUMMY! its a away from the city center, you need to take a taxi to get anywhere. Staff are very kind and helpful. I totally enjoyed my stay <3
The hotel reception is a disaster.. very unfriendly. In the room we have to call at least 5 times to reach the reception and they hang up on you. Pool is ok but staff are very poorly managed. You need to order at least 3 times to be heard. I don't recommend this hotel. It is close to a 3 stars hotel.
The hotel is about 15-20 min. from the city center. There aren't many things around the hotel to walk to. So if you want to go to a restaurant or a supermarket you need to take a taxi. The rooms are very goo in size and clean. I liked the breakfast at this hotel. Staff are helpful.
Hotel is nice, but rooms are hot. I complained and got moved to another hot room. I spoke to the management about the hot rooms and they are unwilling to do anything. They wont even provide a cheap fan to make the heat bearable. Staying here for almost a week.....not happy. My other two rooms with my coworkers are the same.
This is a superb hotel for business. The rooms are nice and spacious and there are 3 restaurants to choose from inside. Although the beach was not summer ready access is still available. The staff is very helpful and take pride in their property.
Great hotel with clean room. The staff is very friendly and helpful..I loved my stay there. The breakfast is good too and the coffee was tasty.. I loved the nut tea they serve at their restaurant. Beautiful location
Outstanding service at this immaculately clean, high-end hotel. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable, from room service to the maids and valets. Frequently they give you a nice surprise in your room...fresh flowers, cookies, fruit, and even sometimes a half day in the spa. I stayed her long term on business, and everyone went out of their way to make me feel at home.
I came to Tunis for a business meeting at the Regency Tunis Hotel. I checked in and immediately went into the meeting. I did not go to my room until 23.30 hrs, having had a few drinks in the bar, I retired to my room. Rooms well appointed and big! tea and coffee making facilities and fruit put in the room. Nice touches makes a difference. For those who don't speak French - lots of staff do, so communication is not a problem. This is a 5 star hotel and from my first visit I would say well done to all the staff here in the hotel - they are trying very hard with service and presentation. It's all very much appreciated. Thank you Regency - nice stay. Mike Lord COO The RedMed Group Algeria
I stayed at the hotel as part of an international conference and it was absolutely an amazing experience. The employees are extremely nice, helpful and always smiling, I really loved them and I appreciate all the efforts they did for us. The hotel is perfectly fine for conferences and business meetings as it has many conference rooms. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!
