The villa is spread over three floors and has a well-kept, partly modern decor combined with some period furniture. Outside, a small enclosed garden (300 m2) equipped with a swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests (9 m x 4 m, h 1.20). There are two loggias equipped both for relaxation and for outdoor lunches and dinners with barbecue. Free WI-FI Internet. Parking inside the property with charging points for electric cars. The property is located 45 km from the sea of Cecina and Donoratico, 3 km from Gambassi Terme for purchases of all kinds, 5 km from Castelfiorentino (railway station), Florence 35 km, Pisa airport 47 km.
