The low rating was due to the property switched upon arrival, no notice. Someone just sent me a new address in the same community. Apparently there was an issue with our original rental. They were not transparent about it. The new rental had a leak in the toilet and staff placed a towel around it. Communication needs improvement and I recommend providing a garbage can or bags inside the kitchen (we used a box we had from our travels) In summary, we made it work and enjoyed our time.
