The structure is surrounded by more than 20 hectares of high-trunk woodland where you can walk or go mountain-biking in a total fusion with nature, following paths among holm oaks, oaks and turkey oaks.
There is a large garden with a gazebo, table and chairs for eating outdoors and deckchairs for relaxing moments. The property has a shared 12 x 6 swimming pool with deckchairs, sunbeds and sunshades. Barbecue facilities are available in common with the other 2 flats on the property

On the ground floor there is a large kitchen equipped with all accessories, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher and the living room, with a two-seater sofa bed and LCD TV with satellite decoder and 1 bathroom with WC, bidet and shower. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms: a double bedroom and a small bedroom with French bed, plus a second bathroom with WC, bidet and shower. Independent heating and air conditioning in the living room and in both bedrooms.
