Super Aussicht

Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf den Lago Maggiore. Ohne Auto etwas schwierig, da nächste Läden relativ weit weg. Entgegen der Beschreibung war der Pool nicht geheizt. Sehr schade - deshalb hatten wir die Wohnung gewählt.

Gute Lage, fussläufig in 10 Min. zum nahegelegenen Bhf., einfach erreichbar auch mit PW. Garagenplatz inkl. Schöne Einrichtung in- und outdoor, alles vorhanden für gelungene und erholsame Ferien. Grosse Terasse inkl. Sonnenliegen, Tisch, Stühlen und Beschattungsmöglichkeit. 180° Aussicht auf Lago Maggiore und gegenüberliegendes Locarno bis Magadinoebene.

Die Terasse verfügt über eine super Aussicht und lädt zum verweilen ein. Sehr angenehm eingerichtet und, dank Lift, gut zu erreichen. Wohnung war etwas kühl, bei sommerlichen Temperaturen sicher ein Plus, im Frühling an einen Pullover denken

Abstrich bei Gläser und Geschirr, Tischsets, Rüstbretter u.ä. sind in Kauf zu nehmen - scheint aus dem Trödlermarkt zusammengestellt). (Schade, für 70 bis Fr. 100 könnte ein 6-teiliger Geschirrservice ekauft werden) Senioren die getrennte Schlafzimmer möchten werden nicht glücklick sein. Die Betten im kleinen Zimmer sind gut genug für Kinder ... ich habe da nicht gut geschlafen!

Top Wohnung mit Top Aussicht, Aber...

Die Wohnung war toll und auch sehr gut ausgestattet, mit toller Sicht auf den See. In kürze ist man mit dem Auto in Locarno, Ascona. Morgensonnne hatte man nicht leider. Die Nachbarn sind sehr lärmempfindlich. Der Pool war leider schmutzig, weshalb wir nicht baden konnten.

Super Wohnung mit herrlicher Aussicht

Wir können absolut nichts bemängeln! Die Schlüsselübergabe hat perfekt geklappt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und bestens eingerichtet. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts, alles war vorhanden (Nespresso-Maschine, Grill, Tabs, Geschirrtücher, Putzlumpen, WC-Papier, Spülmittel etc.), einfach perfekt. Negativ: Leider gibt es zur Zeit nur einen Wohnungsschlüssel! Mühsam, wenn man nicht alles zusammen macht!
