The property managers were great and responded when we had questions. Getting into the property was a bit of a scavenger hunt having to watch you tube videos and then decipher the fob code to get the gate into the parking lot. We arrived late and were tired by that point which I am sure did not help. The hot water is on a timer that did not correspond to when we shower in the morning and the video explaining how to get hot water at other times did not work or we did something wrong so cool showers. The location was very close to downtown area do we easily walked to the pubs and shopping which was great. Overall Would stay there again but figure out the hot water better.

2 stars because no hot water for two days. Owner did get it fixed but should have been sorted before renting. Unit is spacious, 3 big bedrooms. Fixtures are dated. Bathrooms are dated and smell damp/moldy. Good access to high street 10 min walk. Tesco 2 min walk.

A solid option

Clean, spacious, and a short walk into all the best Galway has to offer. Mgmt was flexible on check-in and check-out times, which is always appreciated. Review would be higher if the check-in instructions had been clearer (written instructions are always preferred to unclear YouTube videos), mattresses had been more comfortable, and the wifi, washer/dryer, and dishwasher hadn't all been out of order. Mgmt was responsive about wifi issues but unable to resolve before our stay ended.
