Quality - clean rooms

Enjoyed our stay- rooms were clean, roomy, easy to find and secure. Basics are there - all you need for a quick stay. Nice to have individual room with showers. Neighbourhood is comfortable- park and groceries near by. Parking was very easy and convenient. Very comfortable student housing that works well for a stayover. Would use again.

Not what we expected

While the property was roomy (4 bedrooms) with free parking and excellent security, it sure wasn't what we expected. Nowhere in the description is it mentioned that this is a student housing building. So, of course, we were surprised and a little disappointed to open the apartment door to find we were staying in a dorm. The showers are extremely small. The bathrooms sinks are tiny. The beds are not fully comfortable. It is advertised as a 10 minute walk to city center but Mapquest measures it as a 23 minute walk - definitely too far for some older members of our group. If you choose to stay in student housing, you won't be disappointed. But if you think you're booking a 4 bedroom apartment, you'll likely be let down.

We didn’t realize property was a dormitory style apartment. The water had an unusual taste. The sinks and showers are way too small for a normal vacation property.

Not as pictures.

The property was nice, secure and clean. However, the pictures online of the living/dining/kitchen area/bathrooms and bedrooms were not accurate of the unit we rented. It is student housing - each bedroom with a self closing and locking door in the unit. There is a desk in each room, 2 small couches, a table for 4 and a basic kitchen in the common area - also with a self closing and locking door. One bedroom had an en-suite, the other 3 bedrooms shared one common bath. The property was quiet and clean, but rated lower based on the inaccuracy of photos presented online.
