Great Stay!

Property was a wonderful place to stay, conveniently located close to the beach. We enjoyed family time together over Mother's Day weekend, which was just lovely. Definitely recommend!

The place was just beautiful and super clean. I would definitely return.

This place is in great location and super clean. What is not mentioned is that there is a $37.00 parking fee per car but other than that it was a great place to stay at.

Great place

Enjoyed the location. Could use the pools or walk to the beach. Downtown was fun, great restaurants, lots of history and a short drive from the condo.

Location

The Dawn condominium was very nice and was great being able to use the hot tube and pools there! Great place to stay with being very close to the beach and great views!

Beautiful views; great stay

We came in for a dance competition at the convention center. The location was perfect and many other families in our group were able to stay at the same complex. Close walk to the beach, easy drive to the convention center, pool was nice as well

We loved the location right across the street from the beach. Condo was very nice, decorated real well. Grandkids loved your couch they said it was soft. Kids enjoyed the pool a lot! Will try to make it back back next year! Diane

Relaxing and joyful and great view. Very clean and spacious excellent for family getaway. Property ja every thing we needed was available. We even extended our stay one extra day because how much we enjoyed this property felt very cozy. Thankyou for being available for any concerns. Will rent again soon.

Galveston getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this nice condo. It was fully furnished, which was wonderful. The only complaint I have is the size of the bed in the second bedroom it is not a queen. It is a full size bed and very small. The bedding needs to be updated as well. The main bedroom was beautiful. The bathrooms were very efficient and beautiful, we love the location we will be back.

The condo inside was as pictured unfortunately the outside was rundown. Paint peeling, stairs/cement stained and gum stuck everywhere. Pool a little rundown also.

Good location and a cute condo. Here are some recommendations: The check in process at the front desk was really annoying. Having to pay for parking was a bit aggravating, but the payment process (having to go to a website on my phone and hand key in all my payment info). They should have a Point of Sale system to take credit cards or cash. For the Condo - the master bedroom needs new sheets, and the shower curtain in the second bathroom needs to be replaced.

BEST VRBO EXPERIENCE

This property was absolutely perfect. We do alot of vrbos and I cant say enough good things about this one. Beds were very comforting, shower was AMAZING (and im picky on showers), VERY clean. I cant believe how well stocked it was in the kitchen too! We had an issue with clothing washer on day 2,sent an email to property manager and had a response within 2 hrs. She came and looked at it and figured out this issue and called me right away. Only slight issue we had was parking. Plenty of parking but the spots were pretty tight for our large SUV. Definitely wouldnt deter us from booking at the Dawn again. Will recommend this property a thousand times over. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Excellent unit

The apartment is very well furnished and clean. We did not realize it was up several sets of steps/stairs and that parking would be hard. The unit is right on the sea wall so car noise can be overwhelming at times. We made sure we had portable fans and ear plugs for noise. Other than those few small things we really enjoyed our stay and the apartment.

Vacation at Vitamin Sea Galveston

Property was very neat and organized. Provided various amenities that improved the overall experience. One note I would have is to provide some trash bags. There were plenty of cleaning supplies provided and we certainly did our best to vacuum every day because lord knows my children were tracking in some sand from the beach no matter what I did to try and stop them. Great location and an easy walk across the street to the beach and short drive to many great Galveston locations. Would certainly recommend this location to others for a family stay. Also really enjoyed the provided board games, that was a nice touch.

Annual Family Beach Trip

We go to Galveston every year on a family beach trip, and this year was exceptional. The property was well maintained, the management staff was courteous, and the condo manager was very responsive to everything. We had no problems, and had a great vacation. The condo itself was in a great location, with a balcony facing the ocean, it was well decorated, and just a great overall place to stay for a 4 day beach trip.

SO CLOSE TO THE BEACH!!

We loved how close the beach was. We walked there each time and sometimes even barefoot. It was a terrific time and the property was clean and comfortable. Thank you!!
