This condo only sleeps 4

While the condo’s location is convenient & the balcony offers a nice beach view, our experience was disappointing due to serious misrepresentations in the listing.Upon arriving we found that the “queen sleeper sofa” advertised in the listing was broken & filthy. The listing said the unit sleeps 6, which was crucial for our group of 4 adults & 2 kids. The host was aware of our party size but failed to inform us the sofa bed was unusable. Since our stay, a note was added in the property description, but it still misleadingly states the unit sleeps 6. The photo of the couch also has a slipcover that isn’t actually there, hiding its condition.We had to pull the toddler mattress & twin mattress stored in the closets out to the main room for our kids to sleep on to make it work, but they were uncomfortable & too small for our kids. We reached out to the host to give her a chance to address our concerns, but received no response.The host also emailed 7 pages of rules & expectations, including a request to wash & dry all towels before the 10 a.m. checkout—an unreasonable request for a group of 6 (especially since there was only 1 oz of detergent). There were also various reminders posted around the condo, which felt excessive & unwelcoming.We did not appreciate being misled & then ignored, so are sharing to prevent this from happening to someone else. This could be a fine unit if the host accurately represented the true sleeping capacity or just replaced the sleeper couch.

It's a bit of a climb to the third floor unit, but we liked the condo set up with nice view and good A/C. We did find it odd to pay for parking 40 for a weekend..?

Charming condo with ocean view balcony

This 2 bedroom 2 full bath condo has an amazing view of the ocean from its balcony. It has 2 beautiful pools and a nice little gym. The walk to the ocean is easy, and the condo is centrally located to nearby attractions.

This was a fantastic fit for our family of 6. The hosts have a lot of beach equipment that make it simple to take advantage of the beach right across the road. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just what we needed.

Amazing Location

What an awesome stay at this beautiful beachfront condo! The location is perfect and our host Yolanda has just about thought of everything we could possibly need to make our experience the BEST!The view of the ocean from the condo balcony and master bedroom window are AMAZING! Amazing

I decided to book this condo on a spur of the moment mom/daughter spring break trip. Condo was amazing. Beds comfortable, SO clean, no weird smells, and the view was amazing! We had an issue getting in the condo and Yolanda answered the phone immediately and handled it fast. Would highly recommend this place.

Nice place, good location

The condo was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay during the off season. The only thing that I would add—and this is absolutely no reflection of the host—but the fitness center was not in great shape. One of the reasons we chose this location was the use of the fitness center. We found the cable machine, one of the treadmills and the elliptical were not working and poorly maintained. Again, not a reflection of the host, but perhaps something to mention to the HOA. Aside from that, it met our expectations.

Great Location

This property is in a perfect location. It is across the street from the beach and just outside of the restaurants and shopping. The condo is very clean, and we were very comfortable staying there. If I go back to Galveston, I will stay here again.

Relaxing

The unit, amenities and location were excellent. The only negative is the traffic between the deck and the Gulf. Not much you can do about that. Comfortable beds and living space, very clean, quiet neighbors, beautiful pool area. We loved our stay.

Just What We Needed!

Beautiful location, beautiful condo, beautiful experience. We needed a quick getaway to relax and celebrate a family member's birthday. This was just the place to do it. From beginning to end, the host was helpful and responsive. It was a smooth process from beginning to end. The condo door was a little tricky, but once we figured it out, we were good to go. If we're ever in this area again, we wouldn't hesitate to use this same spot. It's a winner!

Loved this place!

Loved the condo! Clean and had all that was needed! Would love to rent the house that you have available for future and would love to bring my Shitzu little dog. She is hypoallergenic. THANKS AGAIN! Lovely stay! Highly recommend.
