Wonderful location, very clean!

This property is in a great location and is clean and very functional. We cooked fresh fish on the grill and sat around the fire pit roasting marshmellows in the evening. The property has 4 bedrooms and two smaller other rooms with couch and tv in addition to the living and dining rooms. This gave our group plenty of room. We would do this again instead of the crowded and noisy hotels!

Fishing Trip 2022

Stayed at the urchin for a fishing trip. Great location, centrally located, allowed us to get to the marina in just a few minutes, only a block off Seawall Blvd and walking distance to several restaurants. Would reccomend for anyone looking for a larger house, 4+ bedrooms for family and friends.
