Spacious 3BR home - Ideal for Extended Stays

Welcome to our Galveston Cottage which is a short drive to Texas A&M University at Galveston, Galveston Community College and UTMB Health.

The home offers (1400 sq/ft) of spacious living and a clean open concept living room and dining room as you walk in. The kitchen comes stocked with the essentials + a washer/dryer. All bedrooms are located upstairs with 12" memory foam mattresses for a sound nights sleep. The house has 1 full bath (shower only) & a half bath (on the small side).


AROUND AREA:
Our Coral Cottage is located just a few blocks from Broadway Avenue. There is something to do each day within the area such as visiting the Historic Strand, relaxing at the Beach and taking in the fun the Pleasure Pier has to offer. All of these locations are within a few miles drive. Not to mention the Historic Moody Mansion is only a few minutes drive as well!! Some of our favorite restaurants are not far away either like Gaidos, Shrimp N Stuff, and Mario's Seawall Italian. Also, within a short distance is Texas A&M University at Galveston.

OUTSIDE HOME:
The home is painted a unique color, which makes it easy to spot! There is a spacious front porch and even a balcony which is accessible from an upstairs bedroom. The backyard is spacious enough to enjoy eating outside or just sitting and relaxing (table and chairs provided).

INSIDE HOME:
Downstairs --- >As you step inside you will notice a nice clean open concept living area with subtle decor. Enjoy eating and relaxing at the dining table and bar seating along with playing cards and board games which are provided. The kitchen is equipped with cooking essentials to whip up a tasty meal and wake up and get your day going with a coffee from the Keurig! There is also a small half bathroom downstairs, if you're tall you may need to duck a bit : ).

Upstairs --- > All bedrooms are located upstairs along with 1 full bathroom (shower only). The balcony is also accessible from the bedroom with a king bed.
