The Space:
Our spacious and inviting condo, located on the 2nd floor, is designed with a sailing theme to complement its incredible location near the beach. It features two bedrooms: the first bedroom has a luxurious king-size bed, and the second bedroom is furnished with a twin-over-full bunk bed. The living room's memory foam couch converts into a full-size bed, providing ample space for up to 6 guests. The bathroom is well-maintained and stocked with essentials. The kitchen is a equipped with all the basics for cooking, baking, and eating. Additionally, we have a dedicated workspace for those who need to catch up on work while away from home and a free laundry room on the first floor. We also welcome your furry friends!

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire property, including the living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, and workspace as well as the outdoor patio laundry room and 2 parking spaces.

The Neighborhood:
Sandy Shores is located in a friendly neighborhood, just 1.5 blocks from the beach and central to the heart of Galveston. The building is also gated for extra safety. You'll find public tennis courts, an outdoor gym, a dog park, a skate park, a recreation center, and children's playgrounds just steps away from our front door. Additionally, we are just two blocks from the famous Pleasure Pier and the trolley to downtown, making it easy to explore the city's attractions, restaurants, and shops.

Getting Around:
The property is within walking distance of many local attractions, and the trolley to downtown is just two blocks away. There is also free parking on site and free street parking available if you choose to bring a car.

Other Things to Note:
What to bring:
A. We do not furnish foods of any kind such as seasonings, condiments, etc., grilling supplies such as fluid, charcoal, laundry soap, etc.
B. A "starter" supply of paper products such as toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. are in each unit, the renter is responsible for additional products during their stay.
C. Beach and Pool items: towels, chairs, umbrellas, sun block, repellents and toys!

Interaction with Guests:
Upon completing a reservation I will email you our rental agreement that explains check-in, check-out, what to bring and who to call.
