Spacious beach-chic interiors inspire a vacation state of mind with high-end furnishings and pastel hues. As a part of the tropical community at The Dawn, enjoy access to two shared pools, a hot tub, and an on-site fitness center. Netflix, a Wii, and two premium rollaway beds are also provided. Kid-friendly extras include a beach chair, beach toys, a high chair, and a crib.

With pedestrian beach access just across Seawall Boulevard, you’ll be splashing in the surf in no time. An assortment of casual restaurants and shops are also steps from your door. Explore nearby island attractions like Schlitterbahn, Pleasure Pier, and Moody Gardens.

Dawn never Fails

1st time to stay in this unit. Everything was great. Very clean when we arrived. The unit has everything you need. With Walmart right across the street, you can get all the things to stock up for your family. Nice view from the balcony with the ocean right across the street. Walk out the gate, cross the street, and you are on the beach. Parking is easy at the Dawn. Highly recommend this condo. Family had a blast.

The property was wonderful and very simple to find and the check in process was great, only recommendations are to have a carafe for the coffee pot and possibly some room darkening curtains for the bedrooms! Everything was perfect.!!!!!!!!!!!

Very Disappointed!!

Coffee maker provided with no coffee pot, was promised one it never arrived. 2nd bedroom stayed 20 degrees warmer than the rest of the condo. Was provided 6 towels for 6 people for 3 day stay. Was provided 4 wash clothes for 6 people for 3 day stay. Beds are super comfy!!

Couldn’t check in with code sent to us. Spent first 30 minutes on the phone trying to get a code to enter the property. Once inside, closet light in master didn’t work, bathroom outside of master had mold on the shower curtain, & not enough towels for the people staying.

We rented this condo for a convention in Galveston. It was clean and was above expectation. It is located in a nice gated community and was very easy to find. The location is perfect.

Floors were dirty. Refrigerator didn’t work and lost about $100 in food because of it. Fridge finally got fixed 5 days later halfway through our stay. Overall not very happy with Vacasa

The location was good, close to everything. The patio door was not useable so no sitting outside. The condo could have been cleaner, the floors need major attention. The microwave did not work. There were bugs in the bathroom. But the clincher was being asked to do ANY cleanup after paying for cleaning when we left! Will we stay here again, not likely.

Easy solution

Property was nice. There was no access to closet in secondary bedroom. I did read this in reviews. Makes it very inconvenient for person in that room. There are very simple solutions to this problem. I’m it sure why It hasn’t been taken care of. There are many different shelves with hanging access that can be hung in corner or something that are also cute. Easy and cost effective fix to make your guest stay better.

Nice community, clean condo

Appreciated that it was a ground floor unit since there is no elevator. Place was clean. Didn't realize it was right on a busy street so sitting outside was not as nice as it could have been but it was humid and very windy during our time there so it worked out. Could see the ocean from inside.

This is nice property. Love the view!! The only issue is that I asked if there was a closet in the second bedroom. Yes but it’s locked and can’t be used. Also asked if there was a tv in the spare room. Yes but never could get a signal. Besides that everything else was perfect.

Lovely get away

This is our second year renting this location and we absolutely love it. The beach view from the porch is perfect for your morning coffee. We went from the beach to the pool and then back to the beach. Best location, comfy beds, with everything you need. Hope to come back next year!
