Booked suite with queen bed and pull out bed. I know these can sometimes be uncomfortable but this was a whole new level of bad. Springs poking you through mattress bad. Was a 3 night stay and front desk moved us to 2 bed room for last 2 nights. But room should not be advertised as pull out bed until higher quality mattress added.

HORRIBLE!! Didn’t even stay! Smelled heavily of mold, high humidity in the rooms, bed was flat and didn’t even rise back up after you sat on it. Hotel was not clean and everything felt sticky. Will never stay here again and need a refund for sure.

The hotel is undergoing remodeling and will probably be finished soon. The inside and outside have been repainted and looks really good. The staff was really helpful and friendly. I've stayed there before and will probably stay there again

Great location. Near Seawall. Bad musty smell throughout hotel. Carpet in rooms and hallways need to be replaced with hard surface. Breakfast is no bueno. We arrived a day early for our Carnival cruise. They put us in a room with a balcony facing across from fast food place. Loud, noisy. I felt as if these were for online web discount customers

The room was fine. The breakfast was acceptable. Biggest complaint was the hotel was under renovations and the pool was closed. I understand that it’s the slow season and perfect for making renovations, but I would have picked another hotel if I had known.

The room was clean, freshened up and the front desk associates were good and polite. The property was clean, easily accessible and the location is absolutely gorgeous being right infront of the beach. The sea or beach facing room was mind blowing and I could literally see the sunrise. The stay was comfortable and I really liked the place.
