Booked suite with queen bed and pull out bed. I know these can sometimes be uncomfortable but this was a whole new level of bad. Springs poking you through mattress bad. Was a 3 night stay and front desk moved us to 2 bed room for last 2 nights. But room should not be advertised as pull out bed until higher quality mattress added.

It was nice place to stay the breakfast was good never ran out of food. Good location. The elevators doors when being held open for a short time the elevators start shutting the doors with excessive strength it was crushing me, Both elevators are like that very dangerous!!!
