Booked suite with queen bed and pull out bed. I know these can sometimes be uncomfortable but this was a whole new level of bad. Springs poking you through mattress bad. Was a 3 night stay and front desk moved us to 2 bed room for last 2 nights. But room should not be advertised as pull out bed until higher quality mattress added.

Overall, this was a great stay. Check in was great and we were given adjoining rooms which was unexpected. All of the staff we dealt with were very helpful. We have stayed with you before and will definitely do so again on our next trip to Galveston. The only negative which I would like to mention is the breakfast was not the best. The potatoes and the sausage were barely warm. The other items were fine and the 24-hour coffee and tea were appreciated. Thank you for a good visit. John Young. Marjorie is my sister from England.

The view wasn’t great from our room. The only concern we had was that our room floor was unstable. It had a soft spot near the nightstand. Which caused the gout to be uneven and felt unsafe.

the room was definitely old even though the repainted carpet really needs to be replaced throughout the whole hotel,really need to do something about the elevator situation, there was only one and it was used by staff and all so it took alllllll day to use it, but the stay was quiet even though all the reviews complained about the birds that wasn't an issue, did like that it was near the beach the staff were very pleasant the price was very good, i might consider there but not sure

I appreciated the communication from the GM Monyssa via text. She promptly answered my request and made herself available to help me further, if I needed it. And when I arrived for check-in, Ms. Jayce was awesome!! We even laughed and chatted, which helped my day get better. She even accommodated me as well. I wasn’t expecting it because, as I said, Ms. Monyssa did help me. However, I like the fact that Jayc had the same willingness that her GM had. Way to go Quality Inn and Suites Beachfront for working together as a team and going the extra mile to make a guest TRULY feel welcomed! Blessing and peace unto you 😇.
