This place is in the middle of a big remolding effort! But is still open! I know it’s just temporary but they could have said that! We stayed in room 501 and the floor is not level! The bed goes down hill! Seriously! I really don’t know how this hotel has such a high rating!

Booked suite with queen bed and pull out bed. I know these can sometimes be uncomfortable but this was a whole new level of bad. Springs poking you through mattress bad. Was a 3 night stay and front desk moved us to 2 bed room for last 2 nights. But room should not be advertised as pull out bed until higher quality mattress added.

Breakfast was a good variety including hot foods. If coming in for a cruise, Uber prices triple for morning of cruise and also become unavailable. For this reason we did not park at hotel for $10 per night.
