This property is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath beach view home in the community of Pirates Beach subdivision. It has 2 kings, 1 queen, and 4 full bunk beds and two sleeper couches so we can accommodate OVER 8 with approval.
Located just a few hundred yards from the beach, this beautiful bungalow is the perfect setting for your family vacation.

A large driveway can park 4 cars. On the ground floor there is an entrance to the guest suite which has two bedrooms, bathroom and laundry room. The flight of stairs leads up to a massive covered deck that will be the meeting and entertaining spot for your entire vacation. Relax, listen to the surf and take in the view of the beach as you decompress from your other life. Inside the home is an open concept living room, dining room and kitchen with a floor to ceiling windows that encourage family game nights and casual conversation. Winding stairs lead up to a quiet third floor with two bedrooms. The home is set up so that 2 separate families can enjoy the patio but still have their own privacy if they should need it.

Master Bedroom: King bed with shared bath located on the third floor.

Second Master Bedroom: King bed & shared bath, located on the third floor.

Private Separate Entrance from the ground floor includes :
Third Bedroom, Private Queen bed , on the ground floor conveniently located near the bathroom.
Forth Bedroom: 2 Full size bunk beds & shared bath located on the ground floor.

3 rd Full bath with patio accessibility located on the 2nd floor.

Pirates Beach subdivision offers a safe environment for you and your family. Within walking distance is Mario's Pizza, a fully stocked convenience store that also serves food. There is a neighborhood liquor store that carries array of libations for beach festivities.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a safe. Housekeeping is available on request.

The bedrooms downstairs were very small, very smelly. The kitchen was very small as well, not convenient for families or cooking. The bedrooms upstairs had slanted roof which didnt show on the pics. The bbq pit was very rusted. The beach chairs were also old except for 2 Very small and narrow stairs case to lead upstairs

Really Nice Place

We would definitely book again. Short walk to the beach, like 2 minutes end of the block. All the beach accessories are provided along with wagons to haul it all. Clean place, lots of games provided. Huge deck, we were there a lot. We cooked a lot and the kitchen had most everything we needed. One thing to note-the two ground floor bedrooms were not “connected” to the upstairs inside, only by outside stairs. It was fine for us, but may not be for younger kids by themselves. Really nice owner and easy to get ahold of. Bathrooms were great and lots of hot water. Really enjoyed our weekend!

Awesome place

The host was incredibly kind and really went above and beyond to help accommodate us after Hurricane Beryl blew through and worked to make sure our stay was perfect. Great location, close to the beach and we love that it had a ground level rooms for the older folks who can't easily do stairs and a room of bunks for kids/teens. The deck was perfect for eating and lounging. Great place! We'll be back!

This home had everything we needed! Space for teens below. Living space above for everyone to gather to watch movies. And oh. The covered porch was a dream with the breeze coming in!!!! Cute getaway

This house is in the perfect location. The host also adds little touches to make it feel like a bed and breakfast. Two of the rooms are completely separate from the kitchen, living, and other two rooms. You have to go outside and downstairs to get to the other 2 rooms. Two of the rooms are also all the way upstairs with a narrow staircase. Nothing wrong with it, just for reference purposes.

Great beach house

Very comfortable house with every accommodation and accessory you could need and if they don’t have it, they will get it for you. The owner is very easy to communicate with and responds quickly. The house is in a perfect location. Only a very short walk to the beach. We rented golf carts, which made it even easier. We truly enjoyed our long weekend!
