Includes full size fridge & oven. You have 2 Certified Tourism Ambassadors to assist with finding the best of the best on the Island. No animals permitted. The space Our space is very comfortable & clean. We are located directly on the seawall near Walmart and the fishing pier. Just a few feet away from beautiful Babes Beach! Cross the street at the light and you're there! We have covered parking available & are fully gated with courtesy security at night. Great area, beautiful views best prices in Galveston! Oh, stay with us before or after you Cruise, and you will receive FREE cruise ship parking! Guest access You will have access to the pool, hot tubs, tennis court, fitness room, barbecue stations, outdoor showers common area lounge chairs (located poolside- 1st come 1st serve), tennis court, Computer room located in lobby, covered parking and on site laundry facilities. There is a $35 one time Resort fee for your stay (up to 14 days) Please pay in Lobby where you will complete your registration. Other things to note We provide simple House Guidelines & Check-out Instructions inside the Condo. We thank you in advance for respecting and caring for our home. Absolutely no smoking anywhere in the condo. We have regular guests that have allergies and we are a 100% smoke free getaway! A deodorizing fee of $300 will be charged if we detect smoke odors.

If there is anything that you find unsuitable about the property including cleanliness, etc., by contacting either us , you are giving us permission to enter the property to address the issue. If you refuse to let us or our staff enter to address the problem, you are in violation of the house rules. Any violation of the house rules is grounds for immediate cancelation of your reservation and removal from the property with no refund. Absolutely no refunds after 1 hour of checking-in. You agree that any issues will be reported immediately to your hosts and given a reasonable amount of time to rectify. Thank you for your compliance!
