Beach house

We celebrated my 11 year olds birthday here and it was perfect. The home was beautiful, clean. The host was always available for questions when needed and very responsive. We will certainly look to book this home for our next beach stay

Sisters weekend

This was our first annual sister’s weekend trip, and we could not have picked a better place to stay. It was amazing. The smell of the cleanliness when you open the door amazed us. Especially since one of my sisters own her own cleaning business. There is absolutely nothing I can say about this place except WOW. Thank you for making our weekend amazing.

Home away from home

Beautiful house & pool!

Beautiful house and great neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and the house accommodated nine people very comfortably. The kitchen lacked some cooking utensils/gadgets along with kitchen towels. We would definitely stay here again.

Would stay again

Clean place, it’s as pictured. We didn’t have any trouble with the pool, tv, or any other amenities. The neighborhood is great, very nice and quiet. The neighbors that live next door are really nice. My only complaint is that email response is poor, if you need help with anything you have to call them directly. Over all, it was a great stay.

Galveston Bay Stay

Everything about this rental was amazing. The only issue that I would like to comment on is that the bunkbeds need to be tightened up because they were a little unstable. I would do it all over again because we loved everything about it.

Decent for price

The home was very nice and cute! Really nice little neighborhood that was quiet and neighbors were friendly. TV in the living room didn’t work which was disappointing when we just wanted to relax. The beds were VERY uncomfortable!! For that reason, I would not choose this house again.

The house was great except for two important thing. The master bedroom had shades that could be seen through. I was very uncomfortable at night. The shower head really sucked. Couldn’t get a good stream to shower with. I thought the house was ocean front.

Great Family Getaway

Perfect place for a family getaway. It was a nice stay! Super quiet neighborhood, beautiful sunset views right outside your door and short walk to pier to see more beautiful views. Short drive to beach was nice as well!! Loved having the pool because that's where we spent most of our time with the kids. Loved that it was out a little ways, away from all the crowds. Keep in mind if you need groceries, maybe stop on your way in! Dollar Store was close enough and had a lot of what we needed. We stopped at the marina one night for food and the kids thought it was the coolest place! Would definitely stay her again!

Great family get away

This property was perfect! Had everything we needed for my family of 9. Very comfortable. The pool is in the sun so it does get warm but the umbrella provided shade. Close to beach and quite! Thank you for sharing your home with us. We will be back

Beach stay

The home was nice and cozy! The pool however was another situation. We arrived and very cloudy water, couldn't see the bottom of the pool. The pool fountain was not working and we lost a full day of the pool as they decided to shock the pool while we were staying 8-10 treatment. Something that should have been handled prior to our 4 day stay. :( Disappointed with that part

Labor Day long weekend

Good size and setup for family of 5. Great neighborhood and view of bay. Very quick and easy drive to beach with easy access to parking. Had some minor issues with pool that were immediately responded to by property manager. Overall great trip and stay

Great Property

Property was fantastic and the views of the bay are amazing. Loved the outdoor space and inside is just as the pictures show and kitchen was well stocked. The pool could have used a cleaning, but I reached out to the property manager and he quickly responded and assured me they are increasing the cleaning from once a week to twice a week. This will make the property perfect and we can't wait to stay again.

Very nice place. Just a few hiccups

Dryer didn’t work and pool got cloudy/green. Needed chlorine I imagine, none in skimmer or was there a chlorine chamber. Other than that it was magnificent.

Horrible pool

Contacted as soon as we unloaded the vehicle exactly 1 hour and 15 minutes after check in to ask about the green/cloudy pool. Was told owners were swimming the day before and new it looked like that but the PH balance was fine. We rented this cabin for the pool they showed online. We were well under the occupancy and really rented that for the pool. They advised it was going to be taken care of the next morning as the pool guy got stuck somewhere else. As Mondays are the scheduled pool day. Day two, asked about green pool as no pool guy yet. Pool is getting worse. Apparently the pool guy was on “island time” that is actually what the manager advised. (I have entire conversation screen shot along with the pool being green on day of arrival.) Day three pool guy shows up at noon and adds chemicals we see him adding directly to the pool and chlorine tablets. Does not advise us he did this but apparently the PH was not sufficient. After I send the next email the manager said someone messed with the pump and there was plastic? No idea if he was trying to throw blame, but pool was green on day of arrival and that is documented. Plus, we did not touch pump so if that happened prior to arrival I guess having pool company come on the scheduled day of Monday after the owners were there on Sunday would have been beneficial???? This pool went 11 days without maintenance and we have been scheduled for arrival for three months. It was not last minute. Partial refund would have been great, but on day last when I sent the beautiful pictures of the blue pool, I still have not received any communication from the manager. The manager advised in these text I have documented, he was communicating with the owners, so apparently no one cared we paid what we paid for a pool and we did not receive that service. The pool next door was blue when we got there and still a beautiful blue when we left. Both pool are in the pictures. Ours was the green cloudy one till the day we left. Check out was 11 am and all 9 of us were out by 1030. Have well documented video of how we left the cabin, the cabin with the blue pool now that we were leaving. Again, I have all communication with the owner of everything I have stated. I have the video of how we left the cabin. We wanted a pool. We did not have that many in our group and the price we paid, we could have been on the beach in a neighborhood that has neighborhood pools (both neighborhoods to the East and West have

Perfect Family Getaway

We had a great time in this beautiful and spacious beach house. The beach was less than 3 minutes away and the views over looking the pool and bay were wonderful! The garage area had tons of chairs and pool floaters/toys which saved us a trip to the store. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and the beach was not crowded at all. I had no issues or worries while my family and I vacationed here ❤️

Great location to the beach and nice pool

This place is well kept & clean. The beach access which is 0.5 miles is very convenient especially and is not as busy as other parts of Galveston. Be prepare to bring a hair dryer and ice chest. We thought it was very strange that the refrigerator takes 24 hours to cool. Because we had small children who require milk in addition to all the food we purchase in Galveston to cook for the weekend we needed to buy an ice chest to avoid any spoil. The property mgt was contacted via phone, text, & email upon our arrival about the refrigerator and location of the grill. We did not get a response until 9PM that the grill was in the closet and the refrigerator need 24 hrs to get cold. The only storage we cold not access was the garage which we finally found the key for the following morning. We found the charcoal grill and additional fridge which was working. Other than that the trip was great and the family enjoyed the pool. The neighborhood is very peaceful.
