● Beach Access: Access Beach just a short drive or walk away.

● Shared Pool: This condo features an Outdoor Pool. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. PLEASE ENSURE YOU CHECK IN WITH THE FRONT DESK SO YOU CAN GET ACCESS TO THE POOL. IF THE OFFICE IS CLOSED WHEN YOU ARRIVE CHECK-IN WITH THEM IN THE MORNING.

● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● 💪 Fitness Center – Stay active with a fully equipped gym. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times in fitness center. Re-Rack all free weights. Please wipe equipment after each use.

● Pet Policy: 1 pet is allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Parking: There is room for 2 cars in the parking lot. Please only park in designated parking spots.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
