On this level you'll find bedroom 1 with a queen bed and single futon with a ensuite bathroom with an enormous walk-in shower and soaking tub, bedroom 2 with a twin over full bunk and a single futon bed, bathroom 2 with a tub/shower combination. Level 1 recap- living area with a TV, small dining area, 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, sleeps 7 guests
Level two- The gourmet kitchen features an island in the heart of the home , making it a delight to prepare delicious meals. Gather around the dining table or step outside to the terrace, where you can soak up some or have a cozy evening under the stars. Another living area with a TV. Bedroom 3 with a king size bed and a door leading to the wrap around porch and a sliding door that takes you out to the back of the house. Bathroom 3 with a tub/ shower combination. Bedroom 4 with a single futon, a door leading to the porch and stairs leading to the 3rd level. Level 2 recap-full kitchen, living area with a TV, main dining area, 3 exit doors to the porch, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, sleeps 3 guests
Level 3 sleeps 4 with bedroom 5 with a twin over full bunk bed a single futon doors leading to the balcony. Additionally on this level is a sitting area with a lounger and a door leading to the balcony, and bathroom 4 with a walk-in shower.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire property, including the living room, bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, and workspace as well as the outdoor patio and laundry room.

What to bring:
A. We do not furnish foods of any kind such as seasonings, condiments, etc., grilling supplies such as fluid, charcoal, laundry soap, etc.
B. A "starter" supply of paper products such as toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. are in each unit, the renter is responsible for additional products during their stay.
C. Beach and Pool items: towels, chairs, umbrellas, sun block, repellents and toys!
