● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 2 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Parking: Up to 4 cars allowed in driveway. No street parking.

Seaview Island Getaway offers a variety of sleeping arrangements. The first bedroom on the main level boasts a queen-sized bed and the second bedrooms contains a queen-sized bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed, perfect for couples or those seeking extra space. Use the spiral staircase to get upstairs to find another queen-sized bed and two twin sized beds. With two full bathrooms, each conveniently located on both levels, everyone can get ready for the day with ease.

After a day of soaking up the sun on the beach or exploring Galveston`s charm, enjoy some time out on the deck or grilling a meal with the sound of the ocean to keep you company. Weather you our grilling out on the private patio or relaxing on the balcony, Seaview Island Getaway provides the perfect place to unwind and recharge, all while staying close to the action.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
