I'll start off with the good points. Location was great. They allow pets and have a low pet fee. That's all the good. Now for the bad. The advertised pictures are about 15 years old and some of them looked a little AI edited. Everything looks pristine and vibrant in the pictures, when in reality, the outside paint and decking is weathered and faded, the floors are warped, and the flooring is separating. There is a spot on the floor in one of the bedrooms that feels like you will fall through if you put all your weight on it. There is a similar spot in the upstairs shower. There are soft spots on the floor in the upstairs bathroom due to there being a leak under the floor that seeps up through the flooring when the water is running. That same leak has created a huge stain and crack in the downstairs bathroom ceiling and pours all over the floor downstairs. This has caused a musty smell in the upstairs and downstairs. Half of the lights in the downstairs bathroom were out. I contacted the host about the leak and they asked if I wanted a maintenance person to come over and fix it. I said yes. I never heard back from them about it and maintenance never came. I absolutely would not recommend staying here, and with the way they falsely advertised the home and their lack of interest in correcting any of the identified issues or not even offering a discount on the stay, I wouldn't recommend staying at any of their other rental units.
