It is a very spacious and clean home. The kitchen area has plenty of room to host multiple people cooking and eating. The upstairs bedroom does need curtains for the balcony door and window as anyone in the backyard could see right into the room. The only bathtub is located in the upstairs master bathroom but has a sign on it saying "do not turn on" so if you have any young kids you will need to plan for an alternative bath option. The fishing seemed to be a hit or miss each day.

Property was nice and close to all of places I wanted to go to. I would’ve liked a manual at the property stating items that couldn’t be used. Every time I had an issue or question I had to call a number and they had to ask someone else and call me back. However, the bay view was beautiful.

We enjoyed our stay.

The home is beautiful and well furnished. We were met with listing papers showing that the home is for sale but no paperwork or guidelines for the Vrbo. The back yard and dock is where we spent most of our time as it was very relaxing and beautiful and nice for our dogs. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make meals. The upstairs bedroom bunk beds are twin and the room is smaller than the other bedrooms but the couch is comfortable. My teenager didn’t mind taking over the living room. The location and layout of the home was perfect for a large family gathering. I would buy this house if I had the money but since I don’t I will be happy to stay here again as a rental.
