Nice cozy family house only 10 minutes drive from Sukoras and Zadar. The house is on a quiet street and in an area perfect for a vacation.

The 110 m² holiday home can accommodate up to eight people. You have three bedrooms (2 double rooms & 1 bedroom with 2 single beds), a bathroom with bathtub, a guest toilet and a living/dining area with kitchen. In the living area, a sofa bed offers space for two people.

The property is on 500 mt2, completely fenced and secured. There is a beautiful pool area with a covered barbecue area, a large wooden dining table and an additional outside toilet. Sun loungers, a parasol and an outside shower are available by the pool.

There are also 4 bicycles and a children's playground available to guests.

Special place!

What wonderful people and location. Fifteen minutes from the airport, in the middle of the country. So peaceful. Very friendly souls, who grow much of their own fruit and veg and make their own olive oil and wines, grappa, cherry brandy. All grown without chemicals. Delicious!! Place was spotless.
