The villa can accommodate up to 9 people and consists of: large living-dining room, kitchen, 2 single rooms, 1 double, 1 quadruple with double bed and 2 singles, two bathrooms with shower. To get to Gallipoli it takes very little, in less than a quarter of an hour it is in the center. Moreover, it is close to Lecce - Santa Maria di Leuca, the high-speed road that allows easy access to the most important tourist destinations of Salento.

Check-in from 17.00 to 20.00, check-out before 10.00 (different times can be agreed by the owner).

It is located in a residential and quiet area. Distance from the sea and sandy beaches no more than 750 meters (easily reached on foot or by bike). The center of the Green Bay with its shops and restaurants is 1.5 km away, Gallipoli-Corso Roma (the main street of the city) less than 4 km and the old village is 5 km away. In the area: equipped bathing establishments, public beach, night life. Rent a bike in Baia Verde.
Equipment
Large garden with parking space, stone barbecue, outdoor furniture and shower. Inside: TV in living room, fixed and mobile fans, mosquito nets, microwave, washing machine. In one of the single rooms there is a sofa bed for 2 (usable if you are in 9). The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary. The villa is completely fenced.
Conditions
At check-in: the deposit in cash of a deposit of 250 euros (will be returned at the end of the stay if there are no damage to the property) and the payment of the tourist tax: 1 euro per night per person, are exempt those under the age of 16 and the disabled.
