Located on the fourth floor, this apartment features 4 rooms, each equipped with air conditioning, a mini fridge, and a private bathroom.

The rooms are arranged as follows: 2 double rooms, 1 triple room, and 1 quadruple room. Two of the rooms also have a small sink and a kitchenette area suitable for light meals.

Guests can enjoy a spacious 300 sqm shared sea view terrace, complete with gazebo, barbecue, dining table, deck chairs, and a cozy lounge area.

On the terrace, there is a fully equipped cooking area available for guests, featuring a coffee machine, induction cooktop, toaster, kettle, dishes, cups, cookware, utensils, oven, and a small oven ideal for reheating. Clothes drying racks are also provided.

The penthouse boasts a unique location, close to Corso Roma, Gallipoli’s main street, lined with hotels, bars, and the city's main shops. At the end of Corso Roma, a bridge connects the modern part of the city with the historic center.

From the penthouse, the sea is easily reachable by foot or bike.

The apartment is accessible via elevator up to the 3rd floor, with stairs leading to the 4th floor.
