Cozy Territory home on a wooded lot

This rental property just came out! Located in the SW corner of The Galena Territory near the south course, this home is just a quick turn off of Eagle Ridge Drive and sits in a cul-de-sac.

Cozy Canterbury is a four-bedroom four-bathroom two story home. With the kitchen, living, dining area and two bedrooms on the main floor this home will suit all types of groups well especially families with the multigenerational needs.

Two of the bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the main floor. The first has a King size bed with a full attached bath including a jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The other has a queen bed with a three stooges’ theme and a hallway bath also used for the living area.

Two more bedrooms are located on the upper level to the left you will have a queen bed with an attached bathroom and to the right you will have two twin beds that will have a full bathroom located just a few steps into the hallway.
The laundry room is located on the main floor hallway between the kitchen and the bathroom.
An open concept main floor makes being together a breeze, the front entry way opens to the living room which has a gas fireplace and wooded views. The dining room attached to the living room has a beautiful table to seat eight guests and opens to the lovely screened in porch. This well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to settle in and make some wonderful meals and memories. The eating counter has four bar stools as well.

The outdoor areas are wooded and are fabulous, three deck spaces in total. The back deck holds the gas grill and has an 8-person hot tub that can be enjoyed year-round. The middle deck area has a lovely screened in porch with a dining table and chairs. Walk through the screened porch to get to the front deck table and chairs and enjoy the fresh air.

This home is dog friendly, has a maximum capacity of 10 guests and comes with 6 proximity cards, additional day passes may be purchased at the Homeowners club.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 4 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. We had a fantastic time ringing in the New Year at this beautiful house! It was the perfect spot to celebrate with family and friends. Perfect Galena Getaway

My husband and 3 adult children enjoyed this property. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The hot tub was extraordinary! Beautiful natural setting/neighborhood great for walking. House nice size for group of eight and afternoon guests. Great screened porch for small group dining and conversations. Good bathroom distribution, appreciated removable bath mats available for tub showers. Kitchen well-furnished. Thanks for complimentary coffee! Attention Items: Both main floor bathrooms had one rug without nonslip backing; a concern for our seniors in the group. Dining room carpet wet spot near registers. Two bulbs out on DR table light. Kitchen counter- tiny ants whenever food left out even shortly. Sheets for futon? Found blankets & pillows only. Stairs for seniors a problem; would suggest 2nd main floor bedroom switch twin beds for queen. Thanks...we had a great stay!

This is a great house for a family get away! We had 10 people 4 of which were under 6 and 2 dogs. The house was very clean and well stocked. We made many amazing memories this past weekend! We will definitely rent this house again

Great winter getaway

My family of 5 and little dog had a wonderful winter getaway at this property. The owners were absolutely wonderful at this rental. A couple days before our arrival several family members came down with Covid and the owners were very accommodating letting us change our dates. Also during our stay there was an issue with the hot tub and the owners went over and beyond to get it running very quickly for us. This property is VERY clean and there was plenty of space for the 5 of us. The property is in the woods and very relaxing. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Holiday Getaway Location

The property was a great place to bring our kids and grandchildren together for a post Christmas gathering. The layout provided plenty of space for the littles and adults. The kitchen was well stocked, even for this family who loves to cook. The hot tub is simply awesome and I've never had one in a rental so well maintained, it's serviced daily. I would highly recommend this property, it's a quick drive into Galena and Dubuque, plenty of activities and things to do with both the adults and kids.

Do not stay here!

Pros: roomy house, well stocked kitchen, nice neighborhood. CONS: Home smells horribly of mildew! LOTS of dust under bed, headboard and previous guests trash left under bed. Lots of dust on curtains and very greasy top of mircrowave. Cabinet above fridge is falling off wall. Home needs a deep clean. The mildew smell coming from the locked basement was strong! Do not recommend staying here.

The home was very clean and comfortable and we really felt at home! The games were a nice touch and we LOVED all of the bird watching. We had built a home in the Galena Territory quite a few years ago and we used to rent it out for weekends . . . so we know when someone is doing it right! This was a great place to stay. Great family vocation!

It was perfect for us. The set up on the house was wonderful. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The screened in porch was a plus. We enjoyed the hot tub after laying down the grandkids. Family reunion

We had three families staying here and it was large enough for all of us. The living room is small but the porches were great and mostly we hung out there. Kitchen was small for our multiple cooks but we figured it out. Would recommend. We had a great time.
